My Bad!
Im really curious if anyone actually found those sheds from a page or two back on clearance or just another lurker pulling our chain?

Finally grabbed the elusive backpack sprayer. Right in plain sight. Pink promo sticker staring right at me. Store just did inventory so it's been great finding the deals because everything is so clean and stacked neatly. Thought they would have pulled them during inventory but I guess it's not their job. They just scan UPC's and move on.
I'll be very interested to hear what you find out. LEDs shouldn't need a starter ballast at all. Wonder if you could bypass it? If that's possible. They'd make a great way to fix a fixture when a ballast goes bad.Not a clearance deal but. Seriously considering returning the fluo bulbs I bought the other day and getting these instead. Just need to verify the ballast that is in the fixtures will work with these bulbs.

I posted the 5k version of those LED's in lighting and electrical last week and they do require a ballast. I bought two bulbs in the store to try and then bought two cases online. Nice bright white light for the 5k bulbs and a direct replacement in my Lithonia fixtures.
I would prefer the 5k if they weren't so much more money. How much did you pay?
Glad to hear they work with the Lithonia lights. I might pick up a 10 pack plus 2 singles to do my 4 3 bulb lights.
When I got them they were 90 a case.

Home depot has the Milwaukee drill speaker combo (2407-22B) for $99 as the special buy of the day today. http://www.homedepot.com/SpecialBuy/SpecialBuyOfTheDay?cm_mmc=hd_email-_-OptIns_SBOTD_L01-_-20150825_sbotd_2854189-_-sbotd_cta&et_rid=98764182
Has anyone noticed if the price dropped in the store as well?
I bought two of the 33.03 milwaukee digital multimeters yesterday. One for my FIL and one for me. When I dropped it off I told him to make sure it worked (the packaging had seen some abuse). He opened it and tested an outlet and it read fine. Ohm test seemed of an couldn't get the continuity to beep. Looking at the manual it said it beeps below 50 ohms for continuity. Open up the battery hatch and its corroded as all hell. So the board is probably got some stuff on it. I can't believe they ship these with the batteries installed.
Open mine up. Try to turn it on and DOA. Open the hatch and the batteries are nearly a 1/4 covered in corrosion. Going to call milwaukee today to see if they will warranty them. Just be warned these shipped from the factory with batteries installed and they have been sitting a long time.
You canWish I could get my hands an a Fluke 289.. that's a nice meter.

Milwaukee should take good care of you. I just saw another post on another forum where something failed on a tool and they fixed the problem plus gave him a few free tools to smooth things over. I was really surprised to be honest.
Tool crib![]()
lmfao I know that.. i'm not big on stealing though lol
Way to go hang in there.Beginning of rant.
Earlier today, I finally settled an issue that began on the 16th! Found a cartload of hitachi nails in an HD tool rental department. Of course they were all ringing up a penny. The SCO attendant called the head clerk over. She came over with a ****** attitude, took the cart, and started walking off with it. When I asked what she was doing with my cart, she blurted out "We can't sell these to you for a penny. We have to look up the price. " She then went over to the pro computer an proceeded to change the prices from 01¢ to between $1 & $5. I was on the phone to CS by the time she got to the computer. A lot of good that did me, as the woman I spoke to said the same thing. Well, since the head clerk was do ****** to me, I let her go through all 40+ boxes of nails, looking them up and changing the prices. When she was done, I told her they could keep them. I left pissed, but quickly forgot about it.
Tuesday morning I got a call from a store manager. He asked me about Sunday, and said he would look for the cart and call me back. When that didn't happen after a few hours, I called him. When I spoke to the manager on duty, he said they wanted to resolve the situation. Great, I thought, until their idea of resolution was to offer to sell me the nails for the same F<|}#%g $1 to $5!!! That they would call me to waste my time with that **** really pissed me off.
I called CS, and spoke to another woman who confirmed that proper procedure would have been to sell me what was in my cart for the 01¢ it scanned at. She was supposed to escalate the issue, and try to get the store to honor the price. Never heard from her again. I'd also sent an email to CS, so I knew there'd be a record. After 1 phone call and a promised follow up, nothing.
After a couple more phone calls to CS, yesterday and today, I'm actually going to get that cartload of nails - for free. The store manager also confirmed that company policy is to sell penny items that customers find. He also admitted that he didn't know this before.
Funny thing is that I'd let it go, until they called me up to give another go at selling me the nails at up to 500 times what's in the system, as a favor to me. And the entire customer service team, outside of Danielle, was pathetic, and did nothing but make this worse.
Rant over.
You'll have to forgive the typos guys. I'm in a waiting room typing on my phone.

Picked up one of these clamp meters at the $33.03 price today as well as a Chamberlain HD930EV 1.25HP garage door opener for $186 in Monticello, MN. We currently have the craftsman version of this in our current house and have been very happy so wanted to put one in our new house with the battery backup.
