Yea sold 2 out of 3 already

Nice. I plan on using the only one I have. Did all your kits still have the straps? If not was the plastic opened inside? I think some of mine were returns as the plastic was opened. Only one still has the straps.

Mine was missing strap too.. i think people buy these with intention they are for a new install and not a facelift kit and end up returning.

Did you price check that TV mount? I found one of the ultra slim ones yesterday with a clearance sticker for $108.** dated a few months back. Turned out being a penny.

Now I just need a tv to go with it...

Spn1025, Have you seen any recon air compressors in the New Hampshire stores lately?

My local store doesn't have a tool rental (where they do the repairs). The 2 stores with tool rental near here I never really look to see what they have for sale. The only recon stuff I've ever noticed was chainsaws, stocked above the chainsaw display.

The tool rental usually has some stuff for sale right by their entrance, but I never really paid attention to it. I don't remember ever seeing a compressor though

I don't know about the stores closer to Mass though, like Salem and Nashua

The 48" Empire Laser Levels (909492) are at $40.03 and the 24" Husky Laser Levels (935263) are at $15.03 here. I was informed by an employee that the prices just went down today.

Here is a pic of the price down here for the bottom, so if your getting it cheaper at 45 buy it.

This is the top they have on sale here

Picked up this MBI 4 drawer top tonight for $25.03 at Westminster, CO store. They had 6 or 7 on an end-cap in the tool section. They didn't have a display model, so I couldn't see it until I got it home and unboxed.
It's a decent chest, I wouldn't have paid the original $99 for it, but good enough for $25. Fit and glide of the drawers leaves a bit to be desired, but the top shock system seems smooth.

SKU is 1001223867

Buyers can return an item if it's not as described. Regardless if you offer no returns. I hope you specified that some were missing parts in listing.

The strap isn't a part there captain... It was around the box keeping it together.

Mine was missing strap too.. i think people buy these with intention they are for a new install and not a facelift kit and end up returning.

I think this is true.

I wish my store would clearance these. Checked today, but still full price. My store is often just behind the curve on these markdowns, so I'm gonna keep checking.

They only had one of the 48" digi Empires & the package is kinda beat up, but it sure looks like they're not replenishing stock. At $160 retail I can't imagine many people are buying these in my area.

Was in the store yesterday, no Milwaukee meters and the price check says 199$ special order. All Klein meters in the display.

Inventory crew was there, about 100-150 folks crawling over every inch pulling down overheads and looking to the back of every display. The inventory managers were grilling some department managers about missing stock when I went by.

M18 1.5 ah 2-pack of batteries was on clearance for 99$.

The boxes of nails were at the clearance table for 20$.

Little oil-lubed portable compressor marked down from 160 to 40$ in the clearance area.

The M12 rotary tool kit finally starting a markdown to 99$ on a yellow tag. The M12 hacksall kits marked down to 119$ which I don't even thing is a markdown.

Entire display pallet of 12v and 120v little tankless compressors that has been there not selling for a year disappeared in the last week. No price reduction, just gone now. I wanted a 12V one.

All in Canuck bucks here btw.

^^wow most (all?) stores here in the US got rid of the M12 rotary tool kits long ago.

Milwaukee really needs to bring the REAL die grinders to North America. I love my M28 from Australia, use it all the time in the shop and on the road. There's an M18 version too (both 1/4" collets).

Well, the Milwaukee MM finally went to $33.03 here. Grabbed one this morning. I know where there are a couple more if someone's local, but they probably won't last long.

The Husky levels posted about above are full price here. I looked real quick today when grabbing the MM.

Was running an errand a couple cities over and stopped in the HD...never seen such a clean store. Zero deals anywhere. PC app showed some hitachi stock (nails and fuel rods) all penny status but no where to be found. Even the tool rental are was spotless. Totally bummed!!

One aisle in the tool department at a local HD was completely updated with an extensive lineup of automotive care products......For a second, I thought I was at Autozone....

For those who have been on the 90 day "banned" list for returns, have you had success returning things after the 90 days?

I was put on the list back in May and haven't made a single return since. I went to try to return 1 item last week and was denied again. After having customer care look into it, their TRE dept is giving me a 14 day window to return my stuff, but say I'm still on the list.

Any help/opinions?

Can't speak for your situation but if they ever said they could not return something to me, it would be a charge back in the time it took me to call the credit card company. If leaving the item with them, nothing they can do about it either.

Having been on the business side of charge backs a few times, there is very, very little a business can do. Typically the only option is civil court and I doubt any company is going to attempt that for less than $10k in dispute. If the items are left in their possession then there is literally nothing they can do.

My local HD has most of the automotive light bulbs on clearance. The prices are about half of what Advance has them for (without coupons of course).
