I'm in a different part of the state this week. I was excited to have a few new home depots to search for penny stuff. Sadly, the stores around here seem to run a lot different than my usual stores. They have almost no clearance items on the shelves, instead those items are all in a clearance section. I saw tons of old tags (June, February, even last year) but they were still at the marked price. When I stopped by the second store this morning they were doing some major inventory, or something, almost everywhere in the store they were pulling boxes from the rafters and taking cart loads to the back.
I guess I need to get a lot better with searching the computer if I'm going to find anything out here.

75668 is the model number.
They come in 2 different packages. One is the clear plastic one like in my pic, the other is a black box

i spent a few hours searching for penny deals at my local HD... no go 
we dont have scanners throughout the store so I had to go to self checkout.
I found some 240 oz. Gray High-Gloss 2.5 Car Garage Floor Kit from rustoleum for $90 but I might take it back. I was thinking it was the higher dollar kit.
I gotta figure out what I want to do with the new shop floor
PS.. it was simple for me to figure out the penny thing from reading the link everyone mentions. I just think its easier to find at some stores than others

Picked up the Bosch Spade Kit.. Still waiting on the Dewalt table saw and Ridgid Miter to drop. No Temp2o kits around..

That is an excellent thread- But, like you say, some stores just don't have 'em. My local store is very neat, clean, and organized, and I doubt I'll ever find a 'deal' like these- the store is exceptionally well managed and inventory appears to be controlled very tightly.
So, I just have to kick back and watch everyone else score big!
No deal here... Missed out online thing and stores don't have it but it's clearance at $525 at some stores, others are at regular price $1328
Only found one store in Stock, display at regular $1328 price. Management wouldn't match other store clearance price.
Wife wanted it bad enough to send me out twice to HD

funny story recently when I went through the SCO with penny items at this local HD store..I couldn't have time it better when csr was helping some old guy..
after I cashed out...there was a loud beeping noise sound around the SCO station area...Then the SCO station phone rang...As I head out...I hear the csr at SCO talking,,,what??? and the MOD and his side kick happen to be close by with confused look....like WTF is going on... as I head out in parking lot... I thought they were going to come after me in the parking lot....lol...
It was too funny... This was first time I have ever had penny items at SCO area make loud beeping alert noise.....other stores at SCO....no loud beeps....LOLing all the way home....
Then.... I roll 9 britta bottle ones at the SCO at another store right infront of the csr who happen to be busy with anther customer. and no loud beeping noise or anything...just in/out quick..
went on to some stores supposedly had delta temp2o penny items....got there and none to be found....so looks like they pulled those items out to back or send it back.. fruitless drive venture...
I tell you sometimes the stories behind the deal or landing the deal is more fun then the items landed......the thrill of the chase...and rewards.
I wished more people would share their funny/fight stories of landing the deal...it would make the thread little more funny to read...but would clutter the thread...

I forget what it was but I remember there was something on the clearance shelf that I liked so I found the store manager to see how much better he could do (like I always do) He scanned it to see and told me it rang up for a penny. I'm thinking hell yea! But of course he wouldn't sell it to me for a penny.... This man know's me by name, I haggle with him all the time and easily spend 100k in that particular HD every year. Kinda hurt my feelings he wouldn't hook me up now it pisses me off! lol! Wish I would have known the corporate policy.

The corporate policy is it's the stores discretion. You will most likely get the item if you call corporate as they will talk to the MOD but sometimes its not worth it.

I saw a craiglist listing locally already trying to sell for $1k and saying delivery date was like 1/23 and some guys on slickdeals are mentioning to wheather to resell...on that forum
