Looks like 250 is probably a good "get it gone" price for CL, Ebay, etc. So you figure about 125 in profit...not bad for something relatively easy to store (i.e. not a big rig full of cases of nails....)

Im conflicted if I actually want one for myself. I have a pneumatic framing nailer that Ive put a whopping 20 nails through, so its not exactly something I have to have.

Didn't see any at Ffld, may try Bport in the morning, or Hamden and North Haven (unless you've already been there!).

Hamden might have 1, I was thinking of hitting them tomorrow or Friday.

Not sure about North Haven.

Again not even sure of the return on these things....I still have a large pile of stuff I need to resell that hasnt gotten any interest on CL.

Store said 3 of the Paslodes in stock last night at $100.03 - figuring one was the display.

Searched for other two for like 45 minutes - walked the whole store. Finally found one - was pumped - didn't have the cardboard sleeve, figured eh no big deal. Brought it to customer service so I could double-check it to make sure all was alright - ends up that it looked like it had been used on a job site for 10 years. Beat up, dirty, accessories were filthy and all over the place - yet, it had an alarm on it and was up on the shelf with all of the other guns [emoji848]. The guy at customer service looked all shocked - "oh my, how could that happen?" - really?

Been looking for a framing nailer for a while - bummer, man.

Still have the EGO chainsaw, 2 sets of ToughBoxes (XL and Small only) and a .75HP GDO. Also to be listed is the EGO string trimmer and various other things I have in a bin in my workshop.

Give it a quick trigger pull to see if the battery is still good. If it is, offer $25. Then $50. I wouldn't go higher than that though. Best to talk to the manager to see how low he will go.

I was lurking the isles tonight and not sure if these have been posted but there were Kohler toilets for a penny, they were on a cart marked penny sku, and quirky outlets were down to 13.03 from 49 if you are looking. The other item that was half off a few weeks ago was replacement window screen.

New to the GJ
hope this sort of helps someone

Thanks for the reply. Can I have your autograph? Haha

The manager was a mute and very awkward.

I got frustrated after finally finding one that was trashed, so I asked about the display. Never done that before. It looked a little beat up and didn't have any accessories with it - who knows what goes on.

I mentioned to him that new accessories - li-ion battery and charger - would probably run me at least $125 and that the gun looked beat up - and how low could he go? He said $75 and when I tried to work him a bit - he pretty much walked away and left me standing there. Wasn't too happy - but, what can you do?

Just saw a guy load up the back of his explorer with a cart of stolen power tools at a local store, well that explains why inventory is always off lol.

Yea you need the Bostitch F28WW, full price here. Apparently some stores in another part of the country clearanced them last year during the nailer reset, but not here.

Full price around here. Roofing nailer is on sale but I don't think there are any. Plus I can't imagine the reset is as good as a pneumatic

When I was at East Haven on Sunday, they had at least One of the nailers. . It was sitting on the clearance table in the front of the store. Not sure if it's still there, but might be worth looking. I have no need for another framing nailer at this point as I just got an air one.
