Same store with all the ladders for a penny. Inventory said they had ZERO on hand.

Employees seemed to be mad at me for some reason. One of them walking by asked me what Home Depot I worked at and seemed rather angry.

Nice score! $99 each? Should be able to sell them for around $175

Lol. That's because they probably take **** themselves. I get that a lot around here. Employees pissed that something sells, I mean those are still "not clearance" even.

I would just like to say I hate all of you that have stores who will give you penny items. Haven't had luck with a single store around here.

Yu would think do.. These have terrible reviews. And have seen some flippers trying to sell at 200 and it's still there 3 weeks later..

I haven't even used the $29 Homelite I got last fall.

When selling on CL/Facebook/eBay, you are targeting impulse buyers. They just see the cheap price and have to have it before ever researching or looking up reviews.

I mean that's not entirely accurate. I left the same post up at 200 and flipped a bunch of them off the same post took 180 a piece. Couldn't keep them longer than a day or so.

I usually price high for a couple of days due to all of the morons with low ball offers. If nothing happens I will lower it.

My dad hasn't used the one I got him either, but the value on that one is much higher IMO. It's got a gcv motor on it and that's as good as it gets. These homelite a have.... Whatever homelite is buying and not marking as a brand, and that's not confidence inspiring.

I couldn't sell the pressure washers I got for $29 for ****, probably because of the season though. I ended up giving one to a coworker for $30 and sold one on CL for $75 after I got sick of looking at it.

I think I had them listed at like $150.

Then again, I never had much luck selling anything at all on Craigslist here, besides the 2 pallets of nails lol... even those were extremely low-balled, but still a huge profit.

I bypassed atleast 6 homelite pressure washer at different stores,, same as the 27" husky toolbox, 63 and 38 ones.. Not much room for $$ there, takes tons of room and heavy . And long time wait.

I have a pressure washer on C-list and offer up and have tones of interest at $200. The hard part is finding a good time to meet.

We do have a dog, but she's all white and has taste, so I don't think this is her cup of tea either.

Also, I don't think that photo does it justice to its potential ugliness. I'm fairly sure that there is some sort of gold sparkle mixed in with the brown.

Bought 2 pallets full and was selling them everywhere for a week or 2. Wife drove home from bad day of work and told me I had 24 hours to get rid of them or don't bother coming up from the garage. Called several roofing companies the next day and sold it at cost...

Which nails were they? When I first started visiting Home Depot back in August I picked up a few hitachi fuel rods on clearance and almost bought a bunch of nails they had all back in tool rental. At the time I had no knowledge of their clearance system nor this thread.

Nevermind I think they were various Hitachi SCREWS I was looking at.

These were all Bostitch and Grip Rite. Pretty much any collated nails you could dream of. 21-degree plastic strip, 28-degree wire weld, 33-degree paper strip, flooring nails, finish nails, roofing nails, metal-connector nails.

The Hitachi nails started soon after, but that deal wasn't available on the website.

Those 27" boxes were an easy flip at 200. Asked $250, got people throwing out $200 offers like beads to flashers.

Thanks! Was able to price adjust 3 of these that I bought a little over a week ago. Bought them originally at 50% off. Would have waited for them to go down more but actually needed them and it was a good enough deal.

Found a 20V Dewalt 5ah battery, charger and battery on clearance today. Saw that it was marked down to $100 from $199 and was marked down 4 months ago. Figured I hit the jack pot. Went to the self scan and priced checked it. Ran up $100. Went back on the shelf. I with our homedepot was like the ones I am reading about. Ours must be busy enough nothing stays around that long or something.
