I feel like SPN today spent all day and hitting every HD store in my county which is like 21 stores in two days. Got 80 total Watts valves 1" and 3/4" along with 30 SharkBite Cash Acme EB45 DUSB and 50 plus 1" Watts Dual Check Valve Lead Free 1-1/4x1 LF7 10-U2.

Dam I'm tired. Also went back to HD and returned the 11 valves I purchased 2 weeks ago, was going to ask for a rebuy, but the lady was giving the guy in front of me hassle returning a 19 dollar item that had a new price was 9.99.

Luckily I got a different cashier and I returned them. Then asked him where to put the cart, he asked if I was going to keep shopping and I said yes. So he asked me if I could take the cart to plumbing for him. LOL I said sure and walked past plumbing and bought them again, saved 200 dollars. Today was a great day.

Here's a couple good deals from today. I bought 6 valves. Look like I should be able to sell them for $40/ea on eBay no problem.

Just a heads up on the HD credit card.. They are getting rid of the 5% discount.
If you have one of these cards, cancel it as soon as they drop the discount. Why pay a high interest rate for no bonus?

Also saw on Slickdeals they are not matching competitors coupons anymore. I think this is going to backfire on them big time.

I got 2 Latitudes, 1 entry door set, a Delta Temp2o set, another Paslode, some duct tape, and a $24 Ryobi radio/battery/charger....today was a good day

Stonerado...out of 5 HD's, only one had the Siena handles...and they weren't on sale:(

Who's actually going to use their Paslode Framing Nailer? UPS just dropped these off. All well over 50% off thanks to Amazon warehouse deals! :)

Just curious...are you asking because you have nails for sale? Or just pointing out a good deal?

Thanks for keeping an eye out for me. Most stores do have some Siena knobs as current stock, but they are the plain circle trim instead of the oval trim of the Siena Wakefield line that I'm after. Nice haul though!

Were they the latitude handles you're after?

Could anyone post a picture of the clearance entry door packages so we could find it by sight? I have checked 7 stores so far and reading the small type isnt easy but if I could just go by the look of the handle or something it might be a lot easier.

The Siena I found was with the Oval trim.

1 of the Latitudes is correct, and one is keyed which I can use, but don't really need. So now I need 4 privacy/bed and bath handles.

The problem is that they differ depending on the store. You really need to go use the in store computer and check.

Really? And it was full price? Unfortunate. I haven't seen any of those at any of the 15 stores I've been to in the last few weeks, aside from the first nine that I found.

The handles vary greatly on which stores are clearance. The only ones that are clearance more often than not that I've found are Merano, Broadway, Siena Wakefield, and Birmingham. A picture of the packaging won't do much for you. They look similar enough to current models that until you're able to handle the packaging and see the handle design in person, it will be tough to tell what you're looking at. The model numbers on top are the best way to know for sure. Now that I've handled so many (I've found 63 so far), I can easily spot the mismatched ones on the shelf. The computer will give you an idea of the clearance models in that particular store, but sometimes they will leave off a model line since it's already removed from the system. Check the shelf and displays, and if anything in the overhead or on the shelf doesn't match, but isn't found in the computer, it is likely a penny. Be sure to check colors as well, because sometimes one color is clearance while the other isn't.

Northern CA...Hercules, Martinez, Concord, Pittsburgh, Brentwood

Im further north and Ive been looking for the latitudes as well but only 2 stores had then clearanced the rest still carry them. I found one of the entry handle sets but i have a double door so i have been searching for another. The website doesnt even have it listed anymore but its still $159 at most places. Nor Cal stores seem to be pretty good about clearing out the penny items

Whereabouts?

You're right though, all of these other guys are finding great stuff...but around Nor Cal it's slim pickings. I am actually in Fairfield, and go to Sac often, but there's not much to be found.

There is someone here in Norcal who cleans out many, many stores. I've seen him with 3 CARTS at one time.... some items will be posted here, I see that 7 or 8 stores have it, and by the end of the next day all stores show 0.

No Problem! I bought one from Sams a couple years back for at least double. I LOVE it non the less! Great for treating weeds and even better for pre-treating while pressure washing off a ladder. Turned a 2 man job into 1 man!

A friend found one of the $30.03 NuTone vent fans (520993) in S. Huntsville store. There's one left that he could see in overhead.

I've had zero success finding any penny items here. All the HSV stores are OCD with inventory so I told him to jump on it before it disappeared.

Im in sac, i have yet to see anyone with carts full of items. Were they buying penny items or is it all .03 and .02 items? Either way that would explain why i cant find anything sometimes. If its penny items i would like to know how they go about ringing them up. I cant get through sco with more than 4 to 5 penny items depending on the size but usually i go through with just 1 or 2 and make multiple trips. Even then i end up buying a water or something to go with it.

Out of this entire thread I've only seen a handful of items on deal... Heck, a paslode is still sitting in the endcap clearance at the Home Depot right by me but CL is flooded with them and I really don't wanna deal with the hassle

It's so sad that I actually want one to use it and it's like finding a needle in a haystack out here. 6+ stores - still no dice..

Had a little incident at the SCO today. Found (3) of the Sharkbite Regulators and I wait for the SCO attendant to help someone and I swoop in to check out. I get to the third one and this old bag comes over and takes them away from me and says she cannot sell something for a penny. I tell her, they were on the shelf and rang up a penny and that's what I'll pay. She then says she can sell them to me at the last sale price. She fumbles around on a computer for a bit and tells me that are like $16.** a piece. Told her I don't think so and asked for a manager.

The floor MOD comes over and says, sorry we can't sell them to you for a penny. It's store policy. haha. I really didn't give a **** and would likely have just left them there but I figured I'd press a little bit more. I told him they are ringing up as penny and that's what I'll pay. If they are not supposed to be a penny, perhaps they should have taken them off the shelf. So, after a bunch of "No's", I tell him to go ahead and put them aside for me and requested his name and I'd have corporate give him a call. (No, I was not going to call corporate)

He then calls the store manager and after about 15 seconds of discussion, he hangs up and tells the SCO clerk to let me go with the items at a penny each. He then tells me that the store manager informed him that "as of last Monday, there is a new store policy that if something rings up a penny, you simply let the customer have it at the penny price.". LOL

I was hoping to stumble upon some of these today. The blower was non-existent anywhere and I did find he Echo trimmer but if course the stores that still had them in stock were at full price.

A store in my area had a bunch of those Vissani refrigerators. I didn't check price as I was only there to pick up the Temp2O I had spotted a few days prior. An employee saw me looking at them and said they're $249, cheapest they've ever been.
