Is there a difference? Other then a little extra work, no.
I intend to keep what friends and family will use, for this it's probably all of them. Lots of diesel mechanics in the trade.

Comments: The part that was sent was 1/2 , I ordered a 3/4 part this one will not work for me. I have included a photo and I looked in the box the part is the wrong size.
This guy claimed I sent a 1/2" instead of a 3/4"
He sent a pic showing the box of a 1/2" version of the valve. It had a Home Depot inventory tag on it from 7/7/14, showing the SKU number for the 1/2" version.
He then taped my shipping label on the box like I had it.
There was also another white sticker on the front of the box, not from me and not from FedEx, showing the item as some kind of purchase request, it had a PO number on it.
There's no way I could have even gotten a 1/2" to begin with, it would have scanned as "not found" rather than a penny. Those have been gone for a long time.
Can't get the pic anymore since eBay took the case over. Called up support and explained this all to them, they cancelled his case.
Notice this guy's email address, he's a plumber, so I bet he has a ton of them.

Quite true. I've sold a bunch over craigslist. I'm going to give eBay a try then for hopefully quicker sales

Craigslist, I've completely boycotted. Too many tire kickers and lowballers unless you have something kinda rare or that a contractor would use. I've had a lot of success on Amazon (weird payment terms) and eBay, eBay seems to be just as bad as Craigslist at times. But the turnover is much faster. Be careful with shipping and check what stuff has recently sold at, not what it's listed for.
Spn, what exactly was the scam? He was trying to send back the wrong size but how can he profit from that? Just looking for the more desirable size?

Two stores today show one each of the shed but not to be found. I think it's the display outside...
May try and bargain one once they drop to penny and don't get taken out of the parking lot because of the snow.

I didn't see anyone else posting this yet but in Chicagoland it seems when stuff goes from the .03 level to what should be penny, now it just drops outta the system on a price check app completely. It rings up a penny, but won't show in the system at all. Not even in the inactive stuff. All the nutones dropped off today around here.
That's what usually happens.

Store #3 - same usual jazz on clearance but not much in store. They had the portatorch in stock at 75 but none to be found.

SPN did you inspect the item before you shipped it? I know you got it down pack, I'm just saying because you know that I have over 200 Watt valves of all types from 1" backflow preventer to 3/4 to 1" dual check valves, and some of the 3/4 have been mixed in with the 1" valves. I check and open every box even if its sealed to make sure it all there. Heck I just checked two of the Gennie garage door openers, and one is missing instructions and a clip for the remote.
If you checked it before you shipped it then the guy is a scammer. I thought I got scammed twice when two different costumers told me the check valves on the 1" back flow preventer were broken, until they sent pictures proving it.
It is what it is we're still making money.
Hmmm.....wonder if they are down to a penny in any of my stores...picked up 2 of em at $19....womder if they will pricematch lol

I can't imagine you can get one of these in your SUV. The boxes are 4'4 wide x 7'4 long and it is over 500 pounds.

Didn't open it but I know for fact that every box said 3/4". The pic he sent me showed a 1/2" box with stickers on it that weren't mine.
