How many of us do ya'll think are already on a list among the stores we regularly hit?

Had a MOD tell me a few weeks ago that "he knows what I look like" and "they will keep an eye on me whenever I come into the store form now on". About an hour after he said that, I got pissed and decided to go back and have a chat with him. He was gone so I had a nice "chat" with another MOD who apologized several times and agreed I did nothing wrong buying a few penny Nutones and box of Schlage levers. :D

I found 6 penny jacks today, I bought one that was within reach and made it thru SCO without the 16 yo kid working there even paying attention.

Any ideas on how to get the 5 others that are in the 3rd tier without raising suspicion?
That's too high for heavy box to bring down.. Only the orange ladder will do.. Deal is not worth injury on a high ladder. That box is heavy. Get on that orange ladder, most they can tell Yu is get off... Or just risk it and select right guy to bring it down.. Yu won't get deal if Yu don't try.. But he safe..

Ok guys, tonight was interesting..At first store found The Bostich framing nailer in PCA for clearance price of $58. Says they have 1. Of course we can't find it.

Now i goto next store right down the street from my house because they are suppose to have 1 of that very nailer. Immediately goto framing nailer aisle and find 2 of them within 5 minutes. At this point associate asks if i need help so I have him scan it thinking I found gold.No dice, comes up $229. Thinking he's wrong I go to computer to check myself and sure enough full price. Just kills me!!!!No other store has these, and they have 2 at full price. Really considering buying these and then taking them down the street(20 minutes) since the other store clearly shows $58 clearance price and 1 in stock.

Next dilemma, I found what I think would be my biggest score.even bigger than my 7 Ridgid compressor score. They had these faucets at the very back of store..Not really a clearance shelf. I only noticed cause I lost trying to find something and when I looked they were a nice clearance price. Being what they were figured I should check PCA,and sure enough came up item not found.Take a look at the pics..Between the two of em, at least 10-12. Plus others I didn't have time to check. Front was crowded cause it was late. Trying to figure out best way to score all this.Gotta be a penny!

Sorry for long post..

1. Go back tomorrow and take one to the SCO and price check it.

2. If it's a penny, grab a cart, put all 10-12 in it and head to the SCO and start checking out. :D

The Vale faucets are very, very close to going penny if they haven't already. Been on clearance for awhile. Haven't seen any around the Carolina's in almost two weeks

Are those stacked 2 or more deep? And did you happen to check how many they had on hand?

I'm not sure how deep they are stacked. When I checked the computer it said they had 2 on hand. That obviously was a lie. I will probably go back a get more. There was an angry troll lady working self checkout who was mad at me for the two temp2o faucet sets and ridged blades I had(all pennies). She saw it on the screen after I paid and then proceeded to tell me she couldn't sell them to me. I told her she didn't understand, she already sold them to me. Then I told her to go find someone to get me a couple of those $45 compressors down. She then tried to argue saying I can't have a compressor for $45. I said sure I can. That's the price. Needless to say she went and found something else to do after that convo.

After that i would have bought them all out of spite and i would have made that lady scan them all then i would ask for my 10% mil discount and say "You're right i wont be paying $45 dollars each" then smile pay and walk out.

Get them! They are a steal at $45

yes...good price but how is this different or better then the $99 porter cable that comes on sale once in while....or the bostitch ones.... they all look the same but different design on output, handle and others...

Who's saying anything about different or better? They're just simply saying it's a good price, and at half of the Porter Cable one, I'd say it's a good price and worth picking up over a Porter Cable, seeing as how I doubt the Porter Cable is twice as good.

Home Depot site says the compressor is not sold in stores? Is dwfp55126 the correct model number? I tried changing my zip code to a few different ones around the country.

I can't believe there's still Hitachi stuff out there! May not be a penny, but I picked one up last year for $92 and it's been a helluva gun for that price.

Not sold is stores is a clearance indicator. So how do you find one, same as everyone else. You gotta go to as many stores as it takes

Bought 2 yesterday and sold them both within 3 hours on CL for triple what I paid. Not a penny deal but not bad at all.

I bought that one....put in the batteries.....turned it on....pushed it on to my valve stem....it read 0.0.... tried many times but it would never register anything but 0.0.....took it right back in and got my money back...POS

I tested one of the digital tire gauges this morning and it gave me readings between 29-30 while two other manual pop out style gauges both told me 32. I think I'm going to return them. I had planned to give them as gifts but I can't tell them, hey these are nice but make sure you add 2 to the number it give you.

I can't see why anybody would buy one for 150 when they can get a Porter cable with a nailer for roughly same price... With all paperwork for warranty and option of returns to store.

Unless they are blinded by the Dewalt name brand. Better play is the 99 dollar husky with quite compressor,,, California air tools brand??
