Great. So it's not just me that can't get that little option to work.

You are not alone!

I think that option might have worked before their data breach, if they've locked down their systems better since then.

If you notice when you are using the PCA, there is a URL that comes up after you perform a search. The store number is in the server portion of the URL and Ive tried to change to a different store number but it cant contact it. Im thinking at some point they had a VPN to link all the stores together but that doesnt seem to be in place (or up and running) anymore.

Forgot about the Klein knockouts so went to check where a few might be, none around. Found some chainsaws at the tool rental but all were the higher price confirmed by pca.

I've got some Stihl's so they'd just be flippers anyways, or christmas gifts.

But they also had 3 cat pressure washer wands and 1 package of tips. Figured why not. Had good reviews.

Tips were $7.53 from $29.

I got the ones in the big yellow boxes. There's a wine cooler and beverage cooler also in the big yellow boxes. Basically just checked what was on display vs what was in the overhead, then price checked them. A lot of stores still had the beverage cooler on display and full price, while the wine cooler was penny up in the overhead (or vice versa).

That's it..store was suppose to have 2 but couldn't find other one. They are actually pretty decent. I've had the beverage cooler in my bedroom for about 8 or 9 years..Really nice machines and look nice. May keep this wine cooler. Also snagged some 16" chainsaws. Left 14"and a 16"behind. Not sure how easy it will be to unload these yet.

Oh, mine was sitting on floor area in appliance section. No price tag or anything.

The one thing I want right now and can't find them anywhere at clearance is the homelite saws. Pressure washers and husky compressors galore, but no saws. Seriously considered the ridgid generator but waited to long and its gone.

Its been mentions many times on here but I'll say it again. Make sure the barcode numbers on the "clearance sticker" match the barcode numbers on the item. I dont know how they get away with it but a lot of the time they are different and the sticker will ring up more than the actual item. The chainsaws (among many other things) I've bought have been the same story.
You are ALWAYS better off scanning the original bar code (Unless its a recon / damaged / display item you want thats not been clearanced)

That's what happens when you buy every single one you find [emoji23]

Yeah I've had major fun with the pressure washers.

Talked with Vasanni and emailed them a pic of receipt while on phone and they are sending me handle free of charge! Nice! When she saw $25 she almost lost it!

Time to go into the next store...

I'm waiting for the Ridgid generator just a touch longer..still quite a few around me. Alot are up high and not even marked correctly.

Found one.
Sign said $100, when i asked them to get it down they said that sale ended on Wednesday night, but they could still do the $100. Agreed on $90 since the box was ripped, but I kept asking them to just check the price before I paid. They finally just scanned it and it was $63.

Sweet,in the box!!

Just found 5 penny vacs, and 3 penny steam mops, dirt devil. Was too aggressive and tried to do it all. They caught it and then refused to sell it at all..wasn't paying full clearance price anyway cause really didn't need it, but would have paid half of last clearance. But manager said don't sell it at all, and that he's donating it..WTF!! Wasn't worth it to cause a stink for those though. Got alot already.Lol. 87th and Dan Ryan has become a PITA!!! Oh well, time to keep it moving!!

I'm so confused. But the compressors and flip them and buy a real chainsaw. The reviews on the homelite are atrocious. Like so bad.

I don't really buy things to flip, not enough friends, unappreciative family/co-workers and honestly no time to deal with craigslist and ebay. I need the saw to cut a few things round the house then probably never need it again. Need bigger than a sawzall but don't need a stihl for a couple little trees.

6 Butterball Turkey Roasters: penny
1 Homelite 16" Chainsaw: (nobody could find the sku so we agreed to $28.03 @ customer service
1 Brinkmann BBQ set: penny
1 American Stadard Cadet 3 Toilet: penny
3 Powercore 16" chainsaw chains: ($8 each)

And lastly I got screwed on a display Echo PB500t blower. They had the 500 on display but not in the system. They only carried the 580. I told them the difference and said I'd be willing to negotiate a price. Guy said no and took my name/number reluctantly and said it's going back to the vendor most likely. Today I went in and asked him about it and he said "I don't know where it went, sorry it's gone".......So mostly likely overnight those assholes took it home.

Small hall today. Hit two stores.

Watching a bunch of pass and seymour outlets at .03 in one store.

Is it bad that I'm waiting for all that spring black Friday stuff to go .03 or penny status?

Did you sneak them all through or is the store ok with penny sales. Can't imagine you scanning 6 huge butterball boxes if they were a holes

If you guys buying kingsford, you might want to check over weekend on price reduction..one of the guys working there said they bought to much and we're considering lowering to $6.88 over weekend..Take it for what it's worth. This was just one store in Chicago that supposedly MAY do this.

Haven't listed them yet, but I assume 75 is fair. Even though their junk, they will sell. I have a pile of stuff I haven't decided what I want to do with yet, I'll just take a day off from work one day and go down to Home Depot and sit in the parking lot. Put good prices on it. Or I was debating putting it up as a lot.
