btw...the Husky name brand doesn't draw lot of buyers....like the dewalts...

I figured as much, but at 25.03 cost I figure it wouldnt be hard to double the $$$.

And even though the name doesn't draw a lot of attention, I could see some contractors just buying "disposable" versions as a backup, if they are in immediate need, etc.

This. Sold 4 DeWalt pancake compressors in a couple days. Been sitting on one Husky compressor for about 3 weeks.

Yea they aren't moving like everyone hoped they would. But I'm content with that. I spread my small amount out through friends and family and everyone is very content. So it worked out. That's the first priority for me, making some side cash is just a plus.

What are the dewalt compressors selling for?

I sold one about a month ago for $175 and another this past weekend for $160. Got one left. (I'm talking abut the DWFP55130 Quite Trims)

3 of the 56 volt weed wackers one was a display missing the charger paid 25.00 for it just to have extra battery

4 14 inch chain saws
3 16 inch says

3 of the tool boxes at 125.03 each (buddy got them) (store showed 2 they were in building materials )

one of the nail guns for 25.03

and another pressure washer

one of my close stores has 2 of the tool boxes buried in the back, they show 0 in stock so once this store drops to 125.03 ill grab them

That is a pretty good day!!! Going to check 1 store later, then put in some work tommorow. Last night as store was closing I bought this diaplay..they were confused and this is what they grabbed :p ..had a box and charger, battery and everything in it. Didn't realize mistake until just now looking at it.keeping it and flipping one of the others.

I've read this thread for awhile (just never posted:dunno:), but I've got a question. Do you guys lug all of this stuff up to the SCO to check it's price (to see if it's a penny)?

Yeah, I've read that once or twice. Just seems like some of you guys have a lot of stuff at times, like a couple 52" toolboxes :eyecrazy:

And maybe I'm asking because it always seems like there's 4 orange vultures waiting around at the CO's to "help" scan the items

its all in the timing, I "linger" at the keys, till a real old person goes into SCO or somebody with molding or pipe, then scan, drop and dash

If you follow the thread enough and know the clearance cycle, you pretty much know exactly what to look for. Find out when an item hits .06 level, then you have a good idea when it will hit .03. When it hits .03, you have a good idea of when it will be penny.
There's plenty of exceptions, but that's the general idea.

those are the best. I walk up with a ****-eating ear-to-ear grin, scan up a penny item, give a little chuckle, pay and get my receipt, then do the moonwalk out the door. Never lose the grin!

Sometimes i'll do a football spike as I throw it in the bag at SCO, then do a little touchdown dance.

I'll try that.

It gets rather annoying every time I walk past and get asked 2-3 times if I'm ready to check out.

Cool...I'll have to keep track a little better. Thanks!

Was watching those trims but damn met team cleared them out im pretty sure. Nothing at .03 even worth watching except a single wall played id be interested at a penny

The funny thing is I've been watching them for sometime now also, just never posted it because most on here want the big ticket items. I wanted to grab some pieces at the .03 level but all the 6" were gone, they only had the 4" which I wasn't interested in. I will have to keep my eyes open at other stores.

On a side note has anybody tried that drain cleaner? I don't have any experience with that brand but I did pick up a couple bottles to keep around the house.

2 ego trimmers at 45.03 ..............went last night since they were overdue for a change from .06 ..........this morning at 7am, no change......at 10:00am on the nose, the PCA keeps giving errors and I check with one of the met team instead. Sure enough, it switched to .03

So basically there's a +/- on the switch over by a few days. I am trying to pin down the schedule for my local stores so I don't have to do many trips in the future. Coming up empty every other trip is annoying. I find better deals at Lowes from the comfort of my home than I do with home depot.

I get that.

On the ego trimmers I am coming up empty, maybe I am looking for the wrong model? Are you guys getting the 12" with 49in straight shaft?
