Anyone figure out the story on the john Deere Grizzly coolers? Got 3 sitting in front of my and showing product not found in pca. Dunno if new item that hasn't been put in system yet or actually pennied out.

^ ^ ^ ^ Previous post said the John Deere coolers were freebies WHEN you bought a John Deere lawn mower. ;)

If your HD is still selling JD mowers, think those are NOT up for sale.

That is why they have the DNI tag - - - - - Do Not Inventory.

The funny thing is I've been watching them for sometime now also, just never posted it because most on here want the big ticket items. I wanted to grab some pieces at the .03 level but all the 6" were gone, they only had the 4" which I wasn't interested in. I will have to keep my eyes open at other stores.

On a side note has anybody tried that drain cleaner? I don't have any experience with that brand but I did pick up a couple bottles to keep around the house.

What are you using drain cleaner for? I know some septic systems benefit from chemical treatment but if it's just pipes clogged with hair or something there are better fixes than drain cleaner.

Just scored a DeWalt quiet trim compressor for $38 out the door. I was also able to get customer service to price match the one I bought for $99 a month ago.

If there's this will call/delivery sticker on an item does that mean the item is already paid for? Found one of the compressors with this on it but it's showing 1 still in stock so I figure it hasn't been paid for. And if it's still there tomorrow I would figure I could pick it up since they only hold stuff for one day to my understanding.

will call is usually paid for... but I do know that they hold unpaid stuff for people. not sure if they use the same will call sticker though.

if they're showing 1 left in stock and it's one with a will call sticker, it's definitely not paid for lol

I usually pour some down the toilets every couple months. Something that my parents did when I was younger and I guess it carried over.

I can't find a 33 gallon to save my life. Just the 20. And of course they're all over craigslist already. Every time it's something for me, it's a ***** haha I guess I'll just have to work harder and get a real compressor. :(

Just saw this post and saw this compressor earlier. I was talking about a different one though. It's a display and the date says 4/12 on it and the pca shows 1 in stock. I couldn't find another in the rafters, didn't think to look at the day they last sold one. But I'd say this one with the sticker on it may not be paid for and would be fair game tomorrow morning?

Went to Home Depot searching for the penny deals for the first time and it seems that the items listed either show inactive or zero quantity on hand. What should the status say when the items are actually in stock?

I did find a bunch of the Husky LED work lamps marked down to $25 from $37.

^^^^ those are down to 23 in my area. Watching them to drop as I could use a few.

Snagged a couple Ego trimmers, 3 pack husky hoses and one of the husky 30 gallon oiled compressors. Don't need the compressor but figured 110.03 was a good deal to try and flip quick.

btw...the Husky name brand doesn't draw lot of buyers....like the dewalts...

For sure need to advertise that its the same as the California air, find a link and share that too. I'll be keeping mine for personal use and havent seen any others anywhere so flipping isnt a worry of mine. Just hope it holds up better than the big Husky I had grenade on me a few years back.

also try the garden section, 99% of the employees out there are seasonal and DGAF

The garden guys are gunning for me after buying all their penny fertilizer.

I usually pour some down the toilets every couple months. Something that my parents did when I was younger and I guess it carried over.

I guess thats not so bad. I learned the hard way a LONG time ago not to use it for stopped up pipes. Used it, didn't do anything and than I was stuck running a snake through drain cleaner and thats some nasty **** to have to work with... After the fact I've heard many plumbers cuss drain cleaner when I brought it up lol.

I was that previous poster

Was just curious if Jake was able to buy them and if so how much. I've still got my eyes on a few of them. Look to be really nice coolers and should flip quick if they can be had for the right price.

Too much for $25 in when they get cheaper. Like .03 at least.

There are so many of them around, I am not sure I would bite even at $9.33

I meant for myself. Not much to flip with so many around even at .03. Now Penny deal id buy them all i could flip to contractor i know. Ebay will probably get flooded with them

Actually I put my 52 inch tool boxes in will call yesterday paid for them and they slap a wheel call sticker on them. And you actually have 7 days to pick them up before they go back to the floor.

If someone else doesn't take the sticker off and head to check out :dunno:

Had that happen to me btw...

At this store they keep them behind the service desk. There was another set back there that somebody else bought. Not wooried, they would just have to give me the other 52"set thats not on clearance. works for me either way!!

And them Egos seem like they might be a tough flip..I'm suppose to have one sold tommorow, but not generating any action at all.. which is a shame because there are a alot around here.

For 800 lumens not worth 25. I would get them when they hit $10 or less

Agreed. I wasn't really impressed. I didn't buy any but on a side note. The snap-on light that Costco sells, which may be kind of a pos, is really bright. I don't remember the lumens being outrageous but for some reason it really throws some light out. I think it was like 3k.

You know any good trout fishing streams by you lol?

I haven't been trout fishing for a while, kind of went to the inshore route for a while. Probably get back to it soon. There's plenty around, but I don't know that there's any I could specifically recommend around here. I would be more inclined to reccomended you head towards the mountains. Like up near Williamsport

This one was sitting out with the other compressors in the aisle. Not enough of an *** to rip the sticker off.

I've got two of the trimmers. Selling one for $100 tomorrow to get it moved and they're both paid for.
