The 20 gallon compressor is showing up at stores all over my area. What are the odds it will ring up 1 penny rather than full price of 169

It should ring up at 50.03. Pm where you are located, I may try to pick one up if close

Ok just saw one of those compressors up in the rafters and a different one with a impact wrench kit that comes with the box. Are those the ones that are going for 100?

the one with the bonus tools where 50.03 here when I grabbed mine, not sure if they dropped out of the pca yet haven't been to HD in week or so.

Still $8.33 today. Possibly this week. I saw a stack of them today. No worth buying unless a penny I would think. Free throw in to entice a buyer.

Had some loggers in our backyard so I picked up 5 of them and have been cutting out stumps and roots with little worry.

Been waiting on the chainsaw chains and fire pits to hit penny.....they take forever.

I gotta say, those backpack sprayers turn spraying the foundation with ant spray into a 5 minute job. I sold all of my RL-FloMasters from before, but kept an Echo MS-402...it's very nice. Unfortunately that's about the only use I have for it.
Maybe I'll try it with some spray-n-forget from where the tree is dripping on the roof

I see that everywhere and I think it needs to drop to $50 before you could flip it for anything resembling a profit.

Another return/rebuy question. Has anybody been suspended from making returns? If so how much/often did you return stuff?

Also anyone know the limit on price you can return before the "enter name to suspend" pops up? And would this screen pop up if I bought and returned with cash instead of credit card?

I'm blocked from no receipt returns, I tried to return penny item from one store to a full price store to see what happened. What happened was I got flagged. How they know, I have no idea. Maybe I didn't pay in cash. Maybe they tracked my personal information? Dunno.

I don't think you would get flagged for excessive returns with a receipt. If your paying cash, there's literally no way for them to track it. I don't think they can flag you with a card either, or rather they wouldn't. Their policy is 90 days.

You can return rebuy anything, IF the associate is okay with accepting it. Just make sure it's not a penny or out of the system. I tried to return rebuy a nailer my first time I ever tried it, damn thing dropped to a penny (not my intention) so they refunded me and I left.

They track credit cards somehow. I have used a credit card to buy a chainsaw and went to return it and gave them the wrong credit card on accident that I purchased it from. They said this isn't the credit card on this particular purchase, but do u have one ending in ####. I was shocked that they somehow knew this.. Ever since than I use cash only at home depot.

Spn, I think it was you that was asking about the sun Joe leaf shredder awhile back. They r on sale as a buy of the day for $90. If u wanted to try it out this is the cheapest I've seen it in 3 years. Like I said prior it is pain with sticks and branches, but might work for u at this price point.

only get asked that without a receipt here, every time I returned something and I was doing it a lot with the $150 off power tool promo. I only had to sign the key pad, they never asked for ID, most of them where in the $350-$500 range. Would all most all ways clear out the registers and have to wait for them to get more money. I can't even read that chicken scratch so good luck tracking that.

ID is generally required on non receipt I believe. And from what I was told the flagging comes from those that do returns and the payment method was gift cards. I like to pay with plastic myself..Keeps the credit score looking nice. But I seldom do returns, unless it is a legit price drop. Did return,rebuy at another store once for clearance price and didn't really like it. I feel like I'm getting over so bad, why bring that bad karma on myself,LOl.

I don't see the point in cash... unless your trying to return something without a receipt and get more than you paid.

I put everything on my HD card and its all tracked.... nice thing, I don't ever have to worry about receipts. Swipe my card and all my returns go back as credit.

I've seen first hand someone being flagged and asked to leave for trying to return items bought at WM or Lowes... that's why they have unique UPCs

On occasion I've seen some items marked that way scan as a penny...but very rare in my experiences. I just bought a Weber grill that was marked down 8 months ago still selling for the sticker price ending in $***.00.

For those that got the 302 compressor. Whats the box look like? Specifically the sku. Is it printed on the box or a white sticker placed where the sku would be.

First batch of 302 was made with old 301 boxes and they taped white stickers with the new sku for the 302 on the box. Now all the 302 has the sku in black like normal.

Thanks. I thought they looked the same and that maybe some fishy stuff was going on. Couldn't read the UPC from below though. Did find another pic here that showed the same thing for the 302. I guess the UPCs aren't in the same location on different sides. Checked a pic of my 301H box and it looked the same. So likely it is a 302. Ah well. This store always has MET going through it when I go in. So pretty on the up and up. Some light fixtures hit a penny I was going to find and I was last there maybe 5 days ago. Gone.
