Found the Schlage locks for 28.03 . Got 2 for a quick flip . Found the utility carts but they were still full price . Then also found the 16" home light chainsaw that was 129 . Hoping for a price drop as the tag is from 2/16

Scored a 4 more of Schlage deadbolts at .03 status! The touchsense were $58.03 and the others were $38.03. And of course I used my Lowe's 10%off coupon on them.

Find both of these, *AFTER* being told that somebody else bought them the other day, and the guy telling me he was pi$$ed that the customer took both. He was even more pi$$ed when I had him get these two down, from two different aisles.

Have you read any of this thread? Every store has different clearance pricing and you can't go by what the online pricing is, completely different.

Thanks for the info. I guess well wait it out.
All the stores around us have been really screwy with the schlage clearances. Some have been .03, while some have still been .06. Seen a few stores have only one or two of the keypad stuff at .03 while the rest are still .06.

for the ego trimmers I bought 3 to flip and hard a time selling them for about a month. In the past week I got a bunch of offers and sold all three at $70, $80, $90 (in that order). I think with the warmer weather coming and people starting on their yards they will become a hotter ticket item

Might still be full price. Check the PCA. You ain't gonna get far without using it.
need more info like SKUs. They are usually wrapped together but come in separate boxes

I sold my last 3/4 for 80 this week. Cleaned out every HD in south Florida 4 months ago when they were 6 and 7 dollars each. By far the most profit I've ever made on small items. Sold over 100 of them in four months
If you find more set them up no less then 80 for 3/4 and 85 for the 1". They will sell.

Sold all of those easily as well (and had some problems because some were different sizes and thought they were all the same).
How about the SharkBite valves? I haven't sold a single one of those yet. I'm about to just dump them as one bulk listing for cheap

That is the new model full price. Next time put the SKU in the computer at look for yourself while there. its pretty easy

Yea I sold Lots of 7 each for 140 a lot. sold 3 of the lots, have one left. God wish the large valves were on sale again made 4500 profit on the valves alone after shipping and fees
I've wonder about what PCA was also and saw app referred to so I downloaded the homedepot app on my smartphone. But that app didn't give me the clearance price. Then I saw someone mention the pro app, so I found the homedepot PRO app and put it on the phone. Now waiting to see what price it gives next time I go to the store.
