Brickie, can I call dibs on your next 52 dewalt or whenever the Milwaukee Reds drop?

I'll keep an eye out for you.

Also is anyone else thinking that the Milwaukee should be dropping? They did just release the wood top and the 30 inch and it doesn't appear they are continuing the 46 based on the Milwaukee website however with its popularity and no real drastic changes and already GOOD price I find it hard to believe they would dump the 46"

For all the above posters: I don't see there being anything "illegal" with what he's describing...he's not "hacking" into anything. He's copying and pasting sku numbers into the public price check app, using the public internet browser.

They are talking about the remote login comment. 100% illegal.

Went to OKC for game 6 between the Thunder and Spurs. Awesome game. Anyway, had some time to kill before so I stopped at a Home Depot. Figured I wouldn't really find much since there used to be several guys on here in the City...boy was I wrong. 3 Temp2O faucet sets, and 2 Lindley kitchen faucets. Got the Temp2Os for a penny each with no problem. Scanned the Lindleys and they came up not found. Attempted to get them to give them to me, but they wanted online price. Ran out of time and had to get to the game.

If anyone has an extra they'd be willing to trade a Lindley kitchen faucet for a Temp2O set I'd really appreciate it. We really need a new one and I hate that I struck out there.

EDIT: Figured I would add a pic.

Just thought I'd would share this in hopes that it'll help someone.

I was at a store last night that I hadn't been to before. I noticed in the PCA that one of the Schlage locks (690489) was clearanced out to $50.03 and had a qty of 6. I looked everywhere and could not find them. I know qty's can be off, but I wasn't accepting that it was off by 6. I even asked an employee, which killed me because they're useless. I was already way ahead of them.

To make a long story short, I happened to be walking by CS and noticed that they had a shelf of high dollar items. Mostly smart thermostats, but it also had some locks on it. I was able to find 4 of the 6. Very few stores seem to do this, but worth keeping in mind.

Went for two job interviews both had stores nearby I've never hit. Unfortunately my day started like this before the first interview.
View media item 60531Ending up in a walmart buying a new pair of pants and changing in the parking lot. The interviews went ok but hunting was more successful.
Didn't even try to get them for a penny. Just asked for last clearance price and brought them some penny items I saw on the shelf as I walked the store as goodwill items.
View media item 60532View media item 60534They were weird and pissed because the boxes had a tag and they confirmed they were shipped to this store on Sunday. It still had the tag on one of the boxes. No idea.

Thought this would be a display, but went looking anyway. found it missing the sleeve and then the employee told me it was like 4 years old so the batteries are dead and I can't return it because of that. Ok doesn't matter I'm flipping it. Aren't they only a few months old anyway?

Nice score on the boxes. Searched probably upwards of 30 stores in 5 states and never located any.

now this is a perfect case of price/register laws. it was clearly listed as 0.01 in their system, rang up as 0.01, arent they legally required to charge you 0.01 for it?

Until you paid for it and have a receipt it's still their property. This has been discussed on several pages of this thread especially since the now "NEW" corporate policy "effective 4/15/16" regarding penny deals was put in play (quotations because this has been said by multiple individuals here regarding either communication by a store manager or even some corporate call encounters- yet the .01 sales keep on coming)

That being said Some states may have laws regarding advertised pricing and register laws. NOT all. So very YMMV since many times items are not actually labeled $.01 or may not be on said "sales floor" seeing as much of what is had is in the rafters.

It's really a matter of who has better luck, better game, and who looks sexiest in daisy dukes

Also look at 20 different stores for the husky tool box or dewalt box. No go for me. Would have been happy to pay last clearance price. Now I will just wait for the milwaukee to go down.

Suprman, I checked the kits today, and they are still $50.04, so it doesn't look like they will drop by the 15th. Let me know if you're still interested in them.
No worries, I think I'm just gonna go Armorpoxy and hope it's worth the $$

3 pry bar sets for $13.03, Nicholson fine files $4.33, sharpening stone oil $1.33

Should I grab this Milwaukee 12v fuel kit for $135?

Side note: lately, all of the Home Depots around me have not been accepted printed off online coupons from Lowe's or Ace Hardware. Apparently it is new corporate policy only to have official coupons Kama even if those emails you the coupon and you show the email, it has been a problem.

Won't even need to separate it can easily get rid of for 200 or 225. They are a great set though very light weight and rugged can do anything you throw at it really

Looks like I will take a trip back up to this HD asap. I will see if I can find a younger cashier and sneak in a Lowe's 10% coupon.

Thanks fellow HD archeologists! This is about the only battery platform I don't use. Hard for me to part ways with my Bosch 12v goodies.

I have been looking everywhere for that kit. Checked 5 stores in Central NJ all full price. I'd be willing to pay that plus shipping costs if you could get it. PM me?

Still no dominator bars around here. Not even an empty spot for them. Looks like they never even carried them at my 3 local stores. 50 miles radius shows 0 inventory at any in the Pro App.

I think it is by state or even county for that matter. I know here in cuyahoga county the registers that scan are routinely checked for price accuracy and the only law is price on shelf or advertised vs what it rings up for. It's to protect against paying more than the sale price or shelf price. So the price on the shelf is more important than anything.

Is that Ryobi router table on clearance?

Yes, the Ryobi router table is on clearance. I didn't bend down low enough to check the price since I have a large router table. I'll check the price when I go back.

This store is small and located beachside, it tends to clearance items other stores do not as it keeps inventory down.

Racing season is here, so I have been swamped with that. Not much time to scope the HD stuff. for the first time in weeks, i found myself over 10pages behind in this thread.

87th street? HA! I was there a few weeks ago to pick up some stuff for work, but there was no time to "shop". I still feel dirty walking into that store. they treat me like a criminal.. :lol_hitti
