Mine for $49 after some debate with the store manager. It's definitely a well-used reconditioned unit but still a good deal.

Is there a reconditioned SKU engraved on it? If not, rip that tag off, wheel it up to checkout, and show them the picture with the $49 and real SKU

Edit: NVM, congrats!

This one actually didn't have a reconditioned number engraved on it. It did have 2 spots where a white with 15 or so digits was stuck to it. The other ridgid Generator I bought last week had the reconditioned # engraved.

Found a couple penny nutones, the led ones. Also picked up a few of the m12 kits withe free batteries. Found some dewalt 12" pry bars for 3.34, I'll add the sku later.

Anyone know how long the m12 kits have been at 135.00...wondering when they may drop lower.

Got one for $140. Anyone know what the difference between this one and the one for $100 in PCA.

Another penny bar and chain, I'll give that one to a good friend.

lol why are so many people "following" me on Tapatalk

Likable guy? Waiting to see pic of penny collection in your garage? Waiting for security cam footage of Home Depot SCO allegedly of you in daisy Dukes and a cart full of penny items? Desperation of discovering your secret? Free penny item give away?

What are the odds that as I walk up to SCO there just so happens to be another penny hunter trying to checkout and gets stopped just in time for me to scan my nutone bathfan, pay, and grab my receipt. I walked out slowly toward the exit just so I could see what happened. The CSR waved a manager over and pointed out that the guy had penny items and then guy told them there was a bunch more he was gonna grab then the manager said let him have it. WTH I was forced to pay last clearance price on an item not too long ago and they just give him the items. Good for him but it just goes to show not all employees and managers are the same, store/corporate policy is a joke it just comes down to who you know. Now I know which manager to talk to if I get stopped ever again.

$140 kit is in a bigger box and brushless, unlike the $200 four piece kit that was thought to be brushless.

Cool, thanks.

Oh and for penny items, it helps to go near closing when the employees are bored out of their minds and counting the minutes until closing. The SCO walks over to chat with others and you can go right through no problem.

This is the discontinued one correct? This stor had a ton of them they also had a bunch of other discontinued stuff at at full price. However did get some penny razor blades so not a total loss.

I would like to say thank you to everyone in this thread I now always check the pca when I'm at home depot if I can find an open computer. They all seem to be super slow but beggars can't be choosers.

Sorry for size not sure how to shrink.

I was gonna ask if that really was a HD store as that floor is bizarre. But there's the bay marker right in the back ground.

That's your new favorite store. They must not even have a MET team there.

Fyi. Last price was 45.03 just in case they will not give it to you for a penny.

I would test the waters with the SCO first. Try getting a smaller Penny Item through and see if they care before you try to roll a cart full of big compressors through for a penny each.

I would check the PCA to verify the price first. Hopefully there's not a **** head manager there that refuses to drop the price on anything and it's not truly full price, but I doubt it.

Details? Clearance at .03?

Only one I've seen. It was $140.00, I think regular price is $299. I doubt you'll find one for .03 except for a unicorn. Another store had 2 in the PCA but they are no where.

I want the milwaukee 12v combo set for $135 plus battery but everything around here is regular price $269.

20" finally hit .03 here. Pliers on the floor will never hit a penny here. Glad they hadn't updated the sticker yet

It was 11:30 when I got home and 12:15 by the time I unloaded by myself as the wife already went to bed. Hand tools were still in the truck, the other box set is behind this one and the husky job box is from two nights ago for a penny. I paid 100$ for each toolbox and 65 for the blowers.
