We could always just post fake in store only deals on SD and all of us give it a bunch of thumbs up. That would be good for a couple wild goose chases. haha

Believe it or not this wouldn't work. We did this very long time ago to get extra rep on SD. They have some analytics that follow who you like and stuff. After 3 weeks and a couple dozen post of doing this. They deleted all the post that were made and mods warned us hehe. This was when I was in college and a couple fraternities thought it would be a good idea

I agree completely. I've been member since 2002 and the last 3 years the younger, self righteous, ppl have seem to take it over. All I see that is good deals is computer **** and baby diapers... 3 years ago I was able to get a 4000 TV for 1200 through Sears with shop your way loop holes and such and now just ppl get their hollies off on 3% off on gift cards and using 10 of 50 coupon at Lowe's everyday price sort of thing.

I used to use slickdeals for tv's, random stuff. Like you said though, the past few years a ton of the frontpage posts are CPU's, random parts to build computers, etc. Just stupid stuff 98% of people don't care about.

Was going to post the vac price drop, but somebody beat me to it. I did find this though:

Nothing spectacular for sure, but the downhill slide is starting. Also, the Milwaukee backpack is down to $79 in every store I've been to in the post two weeks.

Congrats on the find. Glad you got them. Obviously you've learned how to do this on your own so keep the deals to yourself. Don't need em. Don't want em. All that's gonna happen is they'll end up on slick deals
