What coupons are accepted by a store are up to the manager, mine will take lowes or a coupon from a store that sells the same item. But they won't let you use a harbor freight coupon on a dewalt cordless because HF doesn't sell dewalt. They will let you use a coupon for the same brand, not some HF ****.

That also depends on store. I have used harbor freight coupon on milwaukee tools. The store that takes them is farther from hf. Hard to figure them out. I also did not have the coupon.

LED 65 watt equivalent 6" can lights with trim (not just bulbs). 1001-236903. Down to $4.53 here. Less than the cost of trim alone. Dimmable too, just not as much as an incandescent.

Oh, and there is a Genie 3/4 horse GDO down to $150 from $200. Those are all the details I remember as I was just looking for a coworker that needed a couple.

Damn man. I've been waiting for these to drop in my area. I bought 40 at $9.96, waiting for the drop to return rebuy.

Was at my local HD today and noticed that all the "Pixi" brand LED flat lights were gone, replaced by Commercial Electric versions. Two of the Pixi lights had been previously clearanced to $139 from $198 (the 2x2 and the 1x4). If you're in the market, might want to keep tabs on these.

Have you ever tried to use a HF 20% off coupon at HD. I would love to get a cordless Dewalt circ saw for 20% off :rocker:

My Home Depot lets me use HF 20% off coupons on whatever. Bought my Milwaukee 2763-20 for $189 after tax, $30 cheaper than the price on the shelf. Also bought my Milwaukee M12 four bay charger with a 20% off coupon as well.

I just make sure to go to the counter that has a live person there, rather than the self checkout.

"I'd like to use this Harbor Freight 20% off coupon because I heard your store manager was super cool and would let me, and the other Home Depot closer to me won't, so I come to shop here instead."

"Who told you we could do that?"

"Don't remember the gal's name, but she put me on hold for like five minutes while she talked to her boss, then she came back on the phone and said her boss said they'd accept the 20% off coupon, but it could only be used on one item and not the whole order."

Then the cashier took the coupon, rang me up for 20% off my shiny new impact and then tore up the coupon and stuck it in the trash.

I've only ever used legit HF coupons that come in the mail, so they're all shiny and glossy, rather than a printed out one, just so they don't think I'm trying to scam them or anything, even though HF accepts printed out coupons. In my mind it makes them less likely to say no when the coupon is shiny and glossy. Plus I leave it attached to all the other HF coupons, so they can see it came from HF and I'm not trying to pass off some random coupon.

I don't know if that all helps them decide to let me use it instead of denying me, but I figure it can't hurt.

Better than a 20% HF coupon. Cmon guys, take that junk to SD, keep it about .03 pricing here!

What. If you got it for 50% or 75% off?! That's what this entire thread is about, not some 15 off 50 or 20% HF coupon...

that is store dependent. I used a HF coupon on my 50 gal water heater :rocker:

Reconditioned or new? I found a discounted one not too long ago at my local store but it was reconditioned. Looking for a new one for my garage to buy with my rebate gift cards.

All pixi LED are on clearance here in NJ also. I forgot to take a picture but I will get one up today when I go back this evening.

Been OSS all over the place. Mid June they jumped back up to full price. Then last week saw them on the floor for $299 at a store that had been OOS for months.

How can they not allow you to use the PCA? If it were not for public use, they would password protect it, etc. That's bull. I'd click on it and do my thing. I had an assistant store manager follow me around at one store, I confronted him, yelled at him 'you better not be following me' and that was the end of that.

At least 2 of the HDs in Nashville don't have any computers the public can use. At least one does.

Mine doesn't really seem to have a PCA, and they only ever have one SCO station, at which one terminal is dead, and 2 do not accept cash, leaving only one open for shens.

Found a store today that had the newer C602H marked down to $318 but had none in stock. Going to run to a couple other stores that showed them in stock and see if they have them marked down. If not im going to try and get them to match another store. ;)

It is up to store manager what You can look at on computer. I just drink free coffee and wander around more. I bought four more files at that store. The manager and one mod are a couple of duds.

I dont think the WD1481 shop vacs were ever sold in the midwest. I had been looking for the WD1636 which were $10.03 for about a month every few days then all of a sudden the WD1481 showed up in the PCA at $25.03 with none in stock. I even asked employees if they ever saw them on the sale for and they all said they never had that model number. Maybe it was an east coast special?

I just left a store where I thought I hit the jackpot - 5 Ridgid 1481 vacuums and 9 Husky 4.6 Silent Flow compressors. Unfortunately PCA had them at $99 and $139! No wonder they still have so many in stock.

My garage says the Midwest MOST definitely had them!

I was keeping a close eye out on both of those models as I desperately need a new shop vac. Never saw either model in my store at full price or .03 price. I'm in Mid Atlantic VA.
