I'll never understand how Illinois Indian Ohio are considered mid west. They're not even west of the mighty Mississippi.

Anyone have experience with their price adjustment? I got denied a price adjustment because they had sold out of the item, is that normal practice? I bought it from that store 14 days ago and now that they don't have any more stock they won't refund me.

If that's right then I'm fine with it, just haven't tried to use it before and I couldn't find any policy on it.

I had that happen with one of the shop vacs I bought for myself at .06 because mine had just taken a ****. Tried to price adjust at a store when it hit .03 and they told me their price adjustment policy changed with the penny deal change. Probably from all the jackasses returning then rebuying stuff.

So tell them you want to return it. When they process the return, tell them to throw it back in your cart because you're buying it.

Not enough margin on the 300lb one. The appliance ones were in the outdoor garden area, covered in debris, bird sh*t, etc - I wouldn't have taken those for free.

I thought about that but it was a big patio set so I couldn't just bring it back in easily. Didn't think they would do it just with the receipt.

Thanks for the heads up. I just ordered two of the hoodies. I agree that it's a very good price for sure. Look around. They have other sizes you just have to look for them.

Not sure if the person is member here or just one of those lurkers, but he picked up all the chainsaw files that they had on clearance rack which are a penny now along with a ridgid pump. I just picked up another 2 PUR pitchers for a penny. SCO didn't care, she told the other guy to just leave with files. I guess now I know who has been going to one of my local HD getting the penny items.

Nice, but don't appear to be many around.

Saw one at that store. Not gonna bother until they are .02. Already have a nice tile saw (better than that one actually).

I just need to get a stand for mine. Unfortunately there's no such thing as a universal tile saw stand.

I found a penny delta faucet! Also a flashlight! The lady at sco was not going to let me purchase it, our county law states they have to sell it, the manager came over and sold them to me each for a dollar! I wasn't going to keep arguing with him! I'll post a pic when I get home! Thank god for this thread thanks everyone!

3 weeks. But good luck getting it out. Managers can turn down penny items if it's in the overhead. So if you don't pick it up now you may never get it.

So my buddy and I went today. Had a couple older gents take the pallet off the top tier for us. Only 5 of the 10 14" home light chainsaws were penny so we grabbed them. Guys couldn't believe we wanted so many. We went to sco and its gated closed. We hang around for fifteen minutes and they aren't opening the sco. So he goes to one end of store garden and I go to the other far end. He halts everything they won't sell for penny. Then I halt everything other end. Won't sell for penny. After 20 minutes of arguing with the manager that I didn't price it and have been waiting twenty minutes for her, she says $25 apiece. Same thing to my buddy other end of store. We both walked out. Left them there in the carts.
