The store manager I used to work for had a 33x66ft shed filled like this. His store doesn't let penny's leave at all. He brings everything home and then holds workshops for the votec schools and even gives each graduate a gift. He also gives employees of month gifts from the garage. Super nice guy. While working there, if you needed anything for a project he would just have you check it out from his shed. I would venture to say he had well over a couple 100k in tools and stuff. Wish I still had pictures. He had one 66 ft wall slap yellow from Dewalt and other side solid red from Milwaukee.

That was my first thought. If corporate finds out I bet he is a former manager. I have a couple of friends that run Advance Auto stores. They have nickel items instead of pennies. They won't let any leave the store either. They keep them on site to avoid any appearance of impropriety. Then they donate them to local car shows for giveaways in exchange for advertising and the tax write-off. Some the donate to a local auto tech school.

I'll admit i'm slightly impressed..The side hustle money is cool, but best part about this is all the tools that get accumulated that you ordinarily wouldn't have bought.

And i gave mine to mail man earlier before it updated..Oh well, when I called they said just send it in and as long as dates were correct all would be good.

Find an old guy with no scanner and tell him you need the pallet down because there are none on the floor and have a cart ready to go.

Has anyone noticed items that are hitting the .06 or .04 price that aren't dropping to the next level at .03 or .02? I have been keeping my eye on some solid pre-finished hardwood that was 25% off at the .06 price that never dropped again (not even in PCA) and pennied yesterday and was removed from shelf. This is the first time I have ever seen something not drop and go straight to a penny.

Also, on another note, I have noticed that the .04 and .06 etc haven't been pennying when they are supposed to. For example, there was tile in our local HD's that was marked 50% off at .04, 5.5 weeks later it ended up dropping to roughly 75% off (not quite). Usually, in the past .04 meant it would go down to 75% off after 2 weeks, and then 2 weeks later it would penny. It seems like the computer system clearance schedule is changing pretty dramatically where we live. Just curious if anyone else is noticing the same? They are messing with my head!

This week I got a Martha Stewart white storage bench for a penny. Sign said clearance $18.04, original price $72.

075381049030 is the # for this item on my receipt.

If you have a few posts on this board and you ask for sku's, I seriously doubt anyone will post it. They did the work to find stuff, there are a lot of lurkers and it's expected people put in some gas into this thread before you get a ride in the car.

I've had my eye on the airless Paint Sprayers and they have been hovering almost 2 months now.
