Re: Home Depot Clearance Thread 2015

I haven't seen anything here yet about Estwing. Are you guys trying to keep these quiet or is there no margin for flipper?

Just about to buy a couple new hammers, and Estwing is my brand of choice. Any info?

This store is finally dropping the price. Slowly. They had 8 ego blowers stashed up high. Before they hit the 03 they all disappeared.

i didnt watch egos intently but i believe that happened across the board here too

My store has 2 pcs and there is no price check icon on one of them and the other always says no items found, does any one know of a fix? When I asked the store for store price check icon they ask me to go to hd.com and then select store to see the prices :(

If the sku is 0000-###_### only enter ###_### . If it's 1001###_### then enter all 10 digits. The connectivity on the terminals ***** so search several times when you see no items found to make sure it actually connected.

Yes, asked them how to price check in store items that when She told me to go to hd.com and select my store and check prices. Will never ask about the icon. Didn't find a way to edit my post.

Is the "store PC menu" open? If so, you're probably on page 2 of the store PC menu. Look closely up top I think, it says something like "back" or "return"

It helps being handsome when asking for the customer satisfaction discount.

so that's why they never give it too me, damn it. Pretty sad when one of the employees looks like precious and tries flirting with you, she did point out a display clearance impact that was pretty well hidden though. :yikes:

That's because the 7 in stock are the newer generation with the same sku

no if its the store I think it is they have been " on hand" for 7 months now and that sku hasn't recycled here yet.

That was the black Friday $99 drill special with one battery only.

It's mine too. I think they just dropped to 07 last week. I don't think it is the regular hammers, but did notice many of the nail pullers, drilling hammers, blacksmith hammers, and a splitting wedge were on clearance.

I still haven't decided if I want to keep mine yet.. I have it up on eBay, but it would go nice with my Ego trimmer... but the fact that I have an Echo backpack blower would make the Ego blower useless. What I do want is an Ego chainsaw.

Where were you about 7 months ago? I had 2 of the chainsaws (one for me, one for sale) but got zero bites on it. Gave it to a family member as a gift.

I found one of these blowers tonight, BNIB. Grabbed it mostly for the battery. I too have a stable full of gas powered versions of everything EGO makes, but at these clearance prices just selling the battery or the tool will cover the cost and then some.

I have a love/the relationship with the trimmer....for some reason I just cant keep it level with the ground and it ends up digging in and scalping no matter what I try. All sorts of different handle positions, etc. I feel like the shaft is too short or something....it works a bit better if I lower myself by bending my knees.

Sweet. I'll be checking it out tomorrow. Those are some of what I'm looking for, as well.

I got lucky today. It looks like they had just reorganized the power tool shelves today and this was sitting next to a couple other open box items.

It didn't have a barcode and it had the security cable beeper thing so I had to take it to the cashier at SCO. Of course it's super slow and the cashier next to her offers to check it on her computer while the other cashier read her the SKU. "It's a penny he can just have it", music to my ears. Thank you ladies and I'm out the door after she removes the security tag. Of course when I get home it's obviously not the fuel impact that the SKU was for. Too bad it wasn't a hammer drill I need to replace my non fuel version.

Bunch of detail sprays, polish and mothers balls dropped a bit.

Got 3 of these for a penny.

And picked up this giant dust pan for some reason!

I gladly paid my $5 and change just to bring one to work. The size of this thing is so unnecessary, I don't even have a spot in my work truck to put this bad boy. I guess it will become another wall ornament in the garage...
