I got lucky today. It looks like they had just reorganized the power tool shelves today and this was sitting next to a couple other open box items.

It didn't have a barcode and it had the security cable beeper thing so I had to take it to the cashier at SCO. Of course it's super slow and the cashier next to her offers to check it on her computer while the other cashier read her the SKU. "It's a penny he can just have it", music to my ears. Thank you ladies and I'm out the door after she removes the security tag. Of course when I get home it's obviously not the fuel impact that the SKU was for. Too bad it wasn't a hammer drill I need to replace my non fuel version.

damn.. that's the biggest dust pan I've ever seen... either that or you have small feet.

HAHAHA! its just a really big pan. Shoe size is 11.5 LOL!

hey are you saying the ge link bulbs were penny? i thought those were $25.00 here but maaaaybe ill have to check that out...

Unfortunately no. The smart plugs were a penny. I checked the ge bulbs and they still showed $25 in the pca. I thought they might have been lower because of the date on the tag.

Bunch of detail sprays, polish and mothers balls dropped a bit.

Got 3 of these for a penny.

And picked up this giant dust pan for some reason!

I posted the picture of the pan a few pages back, but unfortunately I was in Portland and figured flying with it to spokane would get me a lot of weird looks lol

I have 2 ego blower. Debating if I want to keep one for myself since I also have a echo blower. Not really any bites on it though. I have it listed on Craiglist and offer up.

Saw someone in front of me get a whole home generator for 1500.03. Went straight to pca and could not find even a single generac in the system more or less one at that price point. It looked like it had several years worth of dust caked on it...

if you have a shop, those troffers are worth it. I got 6 of them. Next best thing would be those pixi led 2x2 panels but they're far from penny status.

Yeah I could use them in my garage and almost bought them yesterday. We are out of town and didn't have room but I may have to make reorganize and get them on the way back through.

Yup, I stuff em all in 1 envelope and enclose 1 form. Also I don't send originals. I just make copies of them and that's it. I've been blessed that I've never had to call about ANY receipts at all. The process has worked flawless for me.

Jake made a very valid point. Didn't expect "huge purchase" I guess the 11% really doesn go very far lol I just got mine back 3 weeks worth of shopping really kind of discouraging oh well onto mailing this weeks receipts. Good luck on that zero turn mower-

You might have better luck starting a tools review YouTube channel and then asking for a zero turn to "demo/keep" haha

Slowly, but surely..I've been blessed that usually during rebate weeks we have some pretty nice deals to be had that can add up fast. Also rebate weeks are weeks that i might be more aggressive in my flipping to keep it moving and buying a ton of **** during that period. Also helped that during this period.I was remodeling a church entrance, so whenever I could i paid for material to increase my rebates!

I just look at it in the sense that last year didn't even know you could do this. When I'm in the store i'm just amazed how many people probably have no clue this program matching Menards is going on..Almost seems unfair they don't advertise or mention it anywhere.

It depends whether you're flipping or not and how much volume you're doing. It can add up quick for the guys who time it right and make their big bulk purchases during rebate week.

It's also dependent on whether or not the big ticket items are clearance out at the same time as rebate weeks. But hey, before brickie started this he may not have dropped $2400 on his zero turn, or would have had to spend however long saving up for it. With the rebates it's free money he has to sit on until he has enough.

Either way it's free money minus the time you spend having to harass the dolts that work that office to accept your receipts. If you only spent 20 bucks you can at least pick yourself up a pack of gum.

PS. Brickie please call me when you have enough rebate cards for the mower, I will drop everything and drive to Chicago to see you pay for it in person with however many hundred of gift cards it's gonna take.

You got it!!LOL I've wondered what's the look on their face gonna be when I hand them probably over 100 gift cards,LOL. That is going to be priceless!!

Jake it hit it dead on the head to. Before this wasn't even thinking about a zero turn. Really don't need it for a 1/4 acre lot..But since it's going to be free, why the hell not!!!

That story was cool!! But I'd be more famous, I'm going to do this in the span of a yr or less!:rocker:
I might beat you to it. I'm trying out something different. My mother does property management and she actually orders her flooring and cabinets from HD because they have free installs. If it works I should have 5k in gift cards in 5 or so weeks hehe. Crossing my fingers, but I give it about 10% chance of working.

Damn!! should work as long as the dates are good..I know there used to be questions on if online orders qualified, but I believe it was reported they work. and if it was done in store, you should be more than golden!!

Really crazy they don't advertise and tell all their consumers about this..
