@PhilJohn - How are you liking your Rogue Echo bike? Any thoughts you care to share regarding your rack, attachments, benches etc. after a few months of use? Anything you would do differently? Did you get the short trolley arms. I'm thinking you did based upon the pics, but pics can be deceiving. Have you converted your RM-4 to the six post rack? I'm thinking about the RM-6, partly because I'm considering the Rhino. You could analyze & think about this stuff forever.
I am extremely satisfied with everything. I did get the shorty arms. Its nice because I can put them inside, or outside my 4 post rack depending on what program I'm doing. It's more bang for the buck that way in my opinion.

The echo bike is really great if you want HIIT. If you want more of an all around cardio type workout, I would consider something different.

I was considering making it a 6 post at one point, but to be honest I have no need for a 6 post as the 4 post is versatile enough for a wide variety of movements/exercises.

Best advice I can think of? Spend the money on a versatile bench. I had a real hard time spending that type of $ on just a bench initially, but I am certainly glad I did.

I really appreciate your feedback & insight. I pulled the trigger on the Rogue Echo Bike on Tuesday evening and it was delivered a few minutes ago. I've never been big on cardio, but I'm really looking forward to using this thing. I hope that desire outlasts my simple curiosity. It was also on sale, which helped.

I'm definitely torn on exactly what I'm going to get, including benches. I certainly want the ability to do incline, but I'm not sure about decline. I've done decline work in the past, but never on a really regular basis. The AB-3 looks like a nice bench, and would allow for some decent core work, but it certainly isn't cheap. They just released the Adjustable Bench 3.0, but I've yet to see a review.

Edit - the Echo Bike is still on sale for anyone that may be interested. It's been marked down to $695 for a few weeks now, and shipping is "free".
