I am extremely satisfied with everything. I did get the shorty arms. Its nice because I can put them inside, or outside my 4 post rack depending on what program I'm doing. It's more bang for the buck that way in my opinion.@PhilJohn - How are you liking your Rogue Echo bike? Any thoughts you care to share regarding your rack, attachments, benches etc. after a few months of use? Anything you would do differently? Did you get the short trolley arms. I'm thinking you did based upon the pics, but pics can be deceiving. Have you converted your RM-4 to the six post rack? I'm thinking about the RM-6, partly because I'm considering the Rhino. You could analyze & think about this stuff forever.
The echo bike is really great if you want HIIT. If you want more of an all around cardio type workout, I would consider something different.
I was considering making it a 6 post at one point, but to be honest I have no need for a 6 post as the 4 post is versatile enough for a wide variety of movements/exercises.
Best advice I can think of? Spend the money on a versatile bench. I had a real hard time spending that type of $ on just a bench initially, but I am certainly glad I did.
