Deal is dead.

Grip-On (Made in Spain) Omnium 10in locking pliers: $13.57 at Amazon. ($28 at Sears, for comparison.)

I ordered two; I don't know how long that deal will last, since it looks a lot like it's out of stock, but I haven't seen a price like that on Grip-On lockers in a while. I have two 7in units and I use them constantly, the jaws are huge compared to similar sized and even larger Vise Grips. Grip-On is the OEM for Snap-On and the release action on these is much nicer than any other manual locking plier I have.

I ship to Tinley Park Illinois. When I fill a 32" x 18" x 19" ( LxWxH ) box a forwarder can then ship to Manila for $70 with no weight limit. Package goes by sea and takes around 30-45 days for me to receive it.

You sir, have a lot more patience than me :D

I was in Japan a few months ago and shipped some lightweight, non-perishable foods and snacks to the US via surface (ship). It took exactly 46 days to arrive. We weren't in any hurry and were actually pleasantly surprised when it arrived. We had forgotten about it.

Ok. In for one too. Vise Grip does not have this jaw profile. I could think of several instances where it could have been useful to me before.

Thanks for the link.

In for one. Tired of dealing with awful Vice Grip quality.

They had a computer error pricing fiasco late last year, tons of stuff marked down to cost and they wouldn't validate any orders. Just FYI.

I got some proto impact sockets ( on sale at amazon, go check them out ) and it had the prime, so instead of two day shipping for free (ordered friday afternoon would arrive monday) I opted for $4 next for sat. :) Got em in less than 24hrs. That probably signifies a problem. I did use the 9/16 though sat.

Yeah Me too,
Got this metric set too, 10 piece, 10mm-19mm, $86.81.
With free shipping also.
There are "19 new from $76.00 " but does not come with free shipping, it's about $4.00 cheaper this way.
Just hope I get some use out of them.
To be honest, So far I have not run into too many times I have needed them.
As a side note, I have been out of control buying tools lately.

Thanks,
Tony

Got them today. Took them into work.
I guess when I saw KD I was Thinking KD "proper" , but they are actually Gearwrench brand. I guess Gear wrench brought out KD.
Seem pretty nice.
I don't have any more room in my Blue Point Roll around cart, so I had to clean out a drawer in my main tool box.
Most of my every day users are in my roll around.
I see the SAE set went back up to $51.99.
Thanks,
Tony

not sure if anyone else noticed this but this also works for the 13 drawer roller. makes it $320. you can print out the price page and bring it to the store to save on shipping. can't say for sure they would honor it but i don't see why not. i'm kinda bummed cause just two days ago i ordered a new gun and i think if i knew about this i'd be picking up a couple of them instead. figured i'd let others know so they can try it out though

This $149 Bosch Combo has a special offer of another $25 discount till June 20.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0046ZRYPE/?tag=atomicindus08-20

I paid $124 for the kit. Hope it's a good deal.

I don't know whether I should thank you or curse you!:shocking::lol_hitti
Another $130 (I picked up a fuel filter for my leaf blower while I was at it) chalked up to this thread....
I'm going to try to get a running total from everything I've spent since I subscribed to this thread. I'll set the over/under at $1000 who wants to take bets... :bounce:

I don't now where these are made, but I assume it's China. Just want to get that out in front.

30 piece diamond burr set, 1/8in shank for Dremel type rotary tools (150 grit): $6.25 at Amazon.
I got these for my mother a few weeks ago; she had asked me to take her to Home Depot and look at Dremel bits for final shaping on the hands, feet and face of a statue she's restoring. (Some damn kids broke the hands off the Virgin Mary...) Mom was having a hard time finding what she thought could make realistic hand detail, frustrated that HD didn't have much of a selection in very fine burrs. I asked her to wait a couple days on the burr and picked her up a set of miniature files. She was very surprised when she opened the package from Amazon and found a good amount of choices. This isn't really a hot deal since they're normally priced $6-8, and if you search on ebay, you can get other grits, but these did a good job for my mom.

GW and KD are both Apex/Danaher brands, but KD is being phased out and superseded in the US market hand tool line. Specialty tools retain the KD brand.

Thanks for the heads up. I saw your post the other day but didn't hit me until today :lol_hitti . I'm going to head down in a half hour and try my luck on the 16 drawer set. Will report later on how I made out.

$100+ for shipping kills the deal for me and there is no option to pick-up.

I know it's a lot to ask from an outfit like Harbor Freight, but wouldn't it be great if they had a "ship to store" option?

Anyone in New Jersey or close, check out this Matco box and side cabinet. Seems like a great deal for a 3 bay box and side locker. I had spoken through E-mail with the woman selling it and she seems like a good person to deal with. I would buy it if I had the space for it, but my garage is way too small for it. I wanted the side locker but she can't split it up due to her moving and not wanting to take it with her.
It seems like a great deal.
