Edit: I ordered one of these sets online, and the computer automatically applied a $10 off $50 code and free shipping, making the pair $63.13 to my door. That seems easier than looking around Lowes and fiddling with foreign coupons.

ARRGGGH! This is maddening. I know they are selling them for that price, plus $10 off, plus free shipping. But it won't show the price till I put in my zip code, and then I can put them in my cart. I select parcel shipping, which is free on orders over $50, but then it says there are none available in my local store, and them my cart shows empty!
ARRRGGGHHH!

(I really don't need 2 more grinders, I have 4, but I want the deal)

New deal compilation via ToolGuyd - lindstrom, vaughan, Beta, Oh My!

Not sure what happened, but looks like Amazon may be trying to get rid of all the Beta tools.

Edit: ARGH! I'm having a bit of trouble here. I don't need another hammer, but for $9, my checkout-button-pressing finger is itching!

I figured it out. I had to delete my cookies, put in a zip code by a store that had them available, then add them to my cart, then it worked.

Edit: ARRRGGGHH!!! During checkout, it removed the items, and only showed a bill of $7.99 for the "free" shipping, with an empty cart.

ARRGGGGHHH!

Update: Did it again, found a store that had 4 sets in stock according to the website, and it still shows my cart empty with none available if I try to get it shipped.

/Giving up.

Thanks GJ! After spending entirely too much time swapping between drinding disc, cutoff wheel and flap disk on a recent project I'd been looking hard at that Bosch pair even at $89. For $63 out the door I couldn't resist :)

It shows up when you add items over $50 to the cart on the website.

no it doesnt. Lowe's site *****. Cant even get free shipping, keeps saying items unavailable at store regardless of which store i pick and regardless of if the store has them or not. People complain about sears.com but Lowes.com totally take the cake.

Is the 10 off 50 still working for anyone? I've been looking at grinders forever and this deal *almost* put me over the edge. The extra $10 savings makes it worth it to me but I can't seem to make it work!

Same here, no $10 auto-applied in my cart either, right up to the point where you whip out the credit card. Talk on slickdeals.net is that Lowes' site misapplied a 10% off $50 paint coupon for a while and has since "fixed" it.

FWIW, mine applied the 10 off 50 and free shipping by only adding the item to the cart. $61.95 to my door. This was earlier today at around 9:15am est.

I ordered last night and wound up with $73 and change, store pick-up. Balls.

I just scored a couple of the grinders from Lowe's site.

The $10 discount applied when I added the item to the cart

Just tried with several different browsers and no $10 discount applied to cart when added the grinders on Lowes' website, figures...

I just tried again to see if the 10 off 50 code still worked, and it did not work like it did last time. The free shipping still worked, though. Perhaps it was an error earlier. I wonder if those of us that got it will get it or get the order kicked back or something?

I got a notice at checkout that they were performing maintenance on the site around 630 AM EST then tried it again around 830 and the order went through fine with $10 off and free shipping.

I also got an email this afternoon saying they shipped and a Fedex tracking number.

So i say you guys having problems keep trying it.

You ****, man.

You just cost me about $130.

Screaming deals on some of the Beta stuff and I just couldn't order 1 Vaughn hammer, it would be lonely while traveling to my house.

haha! Before I posted the deal I had went through the whole product listing and picked out a few items I needed/wanted more than others. Only spent about $15 or so, another $15 on 3 PB Swiss hex screwdrivers.

I'm still debating about whether to buy a hammer or not. I certainly don't need more hammers, but something like that never really goes to waste. Worst case scenario I can always donate one to a local Habitat for Humanity or friend in need.

No problem! If you didn't see my mention, others may have missed it as well.

About $195 here. Could have been $40 something worse but somebody (fess up and laugh at me if it was you) snagged the last Beta 360 600mm Pipe Wrench while I was checking out. I snoozed and there it was, gone. Oddly there is one showing now for $101. I guess somebody canceled an order. Any thoughts on calling Amazon and trying to get them to sell it to me for the earlier price, as in have done it before with success?
Anyway, thanks for the heads up.

Well played sir, well played. I was greedy when I should have checked straight out but tallied a few precious seconds looking at some of the 900+ items in the Beta search. I should have gotten what I needed, then came back for what I wanted.
I think by beating me to the punch I can deliver a "you ****".

LOL

I was doing the same thing and realized I put the last large metric wrench set in my cart. Then I figured since I have Prime, its time to grab it and continue shopping after.
