Anyone get a shipment confirmation from wiha for cyber monday orders?

I'm still waiting on shipment confirmation for my black friday order.

My grainger flex-head went from backordered to not yet shipped with charges to my account pending now back to backordered with the pending charges not there anymore! Anyone actually getting theirs shipped?

but seriously, this is the 3rd company that canceled an order on me and amazon sent me an email this morning that said my dewalt grinder shipped and when I checked the tracking it said it was delivered in town here locally for delivery today, so I thought that was cool. I got another email from amazon a few hours later that said due to a "transit delay" it may not arrive for 2 more days.
With the way thing have been going i guess don't count on it until it's in your hand.

Heads up about all of the Wiha clearance deals. I received a similar cancellation notice about the black heavy duty #2 phillips. I asked, but they're not substituting non-clearance items to complete orders (the black and purple version). I will say that they communicate well and were nice to deal with.

That is strange. It still shows the black heavy duty #2 phillips for sale on the website. The regular black #2 phillips is not there anymore though. I ordered the latter, hope I still get it!!

I also ordered these anti-cam out drivers. I had not seen anyone mention these before, but they look pretty cool.

Just went over to Grainger. Got the non-flex ratchet for the flex I was told SOL. Then I was told they could order me an alternative for $80!?!?

I ordered on Friday, was told on Monday they would be in for pickup before Friday, and as recently as yesterday was told I could reorder and could pickup on Thurs.

I expected this order to be canceled as a pricing error. When the clearance pricing was confirmed along with the reorder timeframe, it sure looked like I was getting both ratchets.

I typically order from MSC or McMaster. I guess I'll shop Hot Deals from Grainger, but they sure don't have their act together (at least for will call).

Did anybody that ordered a flex ratchet after Friday get one?

Also, just realized I have 6 months left of Snap on Student Program discount. So started putting together my list of "must haves". Since I don't use tools for a living, I can barely justify buying them at a great discount, much less at retail.

On the SK flex from Grainger, I tried to check my order status, but the order did not show up. I emailed Grainger customer service, and was told that was due to this being my first web order.

Supposedly, according to customer service, my order will be ready for pickup on Monday, 12/5. We will see....

Yup, I got the same notification about the 52120.blk microfinish philips #2 x 200mm (non-heavy duty), out of stock. The email said rest of my order (all sizes of the black heavy duty versions and a pair of linesman) was processed. I got a UPS tracking number this afternoon.

This was my first dealing with wihatools so I will post my experience.
The first notification I received after placing my order was the canceling of the hammer kit due to out of stock but she also said in that email the rest of the order was processed. I also bought other stuffs including several wiha pliers to make a set, then today reading on GJ found out that the wihi pliers aren't actually made in Germany - I had thought they were and that is one reason I decided to get a set 8/
So now I second guessed buying the pliers, so I called them to see if I could cancel the pliers portion of my order. I spoke to Rhonda and she was very nice on the phone, she stated that they know not getting info on your purchase online or thru email was an issue but thats the current system they have and she's been telling them they need to change it. she explained the that order was already processed and they were trying to get all the orders out as soon as possible due to the volume they have and it may have already been packed to ship or even shipped and if so there was nothing she could do. She went on to say "you don't want to cancel the cutters order do you? I can't belive he priced them at that! so I just asked to cancel the other pliers and she said she would go down there and "see what she can do"
Got another email from her stating that she was able to have the pliers portion of my order pulled and my cc account sould be corrected in a couple of days.
Sorry so long winded but with all the deal issues going on I thought someone else might find my first experience informative, and I think her customer service was top notch.

Vietnam is where there made if i read the other posts correctly. They still may be great tools I don't know as I never seen any, but I was under the assumption (my fault) that they were made in Germany, then got cold feet when i read they were not. I think I am going to order NSW's from GJ member ash site.

so Isaid screw the $5 off for the 20 p gearwrench set, and bought the set online for $49.99 with free in store pickup at my local store, which showed 8 in stock. Cool done deal.

checked my cc account and the sears charge hit, then I got this email

"Our final inventory check has revealed that the item(s) from your order xxxxx are not in stock at the store you selected. We have cancelled your order, and you were not charged."

cleared my pc's temp files, opend a new window, went to sears.com, checked inventory at my local sears = 7 in stock.

called my local sears store tool dept, first kid cant figure out how to look up the tool set with the numbers from the website, needs to get the tool pro guy, ok thats fine. So tool guy said he is checking the inventory for it and will call me back when he finds them because he said he knows the set i am refering too and knows they have them just not sure where but he will hold it for me... and when i come in to get it

I was on the site literally minutes AFTER the Grainger email and was using the corp account. I tried to get those abrasive pads, 5" round hook and loop discs, rivets, the cool saftey glasses that were $1.19 and a bunch of other stuff. By the time I got to check out the only thing I could get was a box of 500 rivets for $4 and the SK ratchet, everything else said "quantity not available".

The rivets showed up today and the invoice said the ratchet was shipping from another location

I used the corp account and used my own credit card, the ratchet still shows as shipping so I guess we'll see soon.

For those of you that got in on the bosch deal you're gonna love that thing, they're really nice, not regular price nice but at sub $60 they're REALLY nice!

There might be hope for them after all...I was convinced they were pulling this **** on purpose especially after all the last debacles.
