Anyone got leads on any Snap-on ratchet deals? Unlikely, I know, but after spending some time last night using my 3/8 flex head, I was reminded how awesome they are, making my Craftsman stuff seem like complete and utter ****. I wants me some Snap-on!

Well my order for the gray stubby wrenches got cancelled. Says they ran out of stock.

Whaa? Didn't you order when they showed >10 left? Did you order from the site or eBay? Mine hasn't been cancelled yet, but I ordered through eBay with two left.

Fwiw, I was hoping that they weren't true stubbies when I ordered. After replacing my small Cm raised panels with Protos, I found myself occasionally wishing for something slightly less long (insert inappropriate joke here). IF they ship, it seems like they'll be what I was looking for.

I ordered from their website and it showed 10 in stock. I even figured it was legit because I went back to the site a while after I ordered and the count went down to 9.

My guess would be that the qty on their site were the same ones on eBay and they sold through eBay before the inventory update on their store website reflected the accurate number.

NAPA has this going on, saved me from ordering some stuff from RockAuto. :)
I don't usually shop their anymore due the higher prices (even with AAA 10% discount which I never really know if they apply it, never shows on receipt)
I used it because it actually shows the discount on the sheet when you reserve it.

Reserve Online, Pick Up In Store is the hassle-free way to shop at NAPA. Now, it's also the hassle-free way to save at NAPA. From February 23-27 get 10% off your order when you Reserve Online, Pick Up in Store. It's quick and easy to do. Just reserve your parts online and we'll have them waiting for you to pick up at your local NAPA AUTO PARTS Store. Start Saving Today

Is somebody willing to pick up one of the remaing 18pc wrench module and ship it to me? Sears is drving me crazy i ordered one before christmas fo like 65.00 bucks along with the 10pc module I recieved the 10pc set but they sent me a crappy cordless drill instead of the 18pc set. I called them and they said exchange at the store. I told the idiot if they had them in the store i would'nt have ordered them. so I went in to return them and I forgot the packing list so it must have took me an hour to return them. I tried to reorder them in the store so maybe they could get me the sale price since the sale was now over. so I asked the 18yr old, long haired "tool expert" they had in the store that was sitting at the online order station they had. He proceded to tell me That Sears does'nt have any wrench sets with both metric and standard tools without even looking. So I asked where the two I just ordered came from? Blank look..... Then finaly he looked for them found them and said yea they're not on sale any more I can't do anything. So i've been trying to keep an eye out for another sale but nothing as good as the christmas sale has came by so I bite the bullet and order the two 9pc sets and hope for USA. Nope made in china which is ok if i'm buying from HF and priced accordingly but not almost full price and some how in the one day I was making up my mind the ship4free code worked the first day but noy the second day. So I got hosed for shipping too. so If any one see's a set and is willing to send it my way let me know. I would really like my whole set to be USA. Thanks (rant over)

Anyone have any suggestions for the Ace bag sale this weekend? Even 20% off there aren't a lot of things that I would rush down and buy, but if they have something good, I'd like to take advantage of it.

I know that they're franchises and have different inventories, but just thought someone knew about a general good deal that could be made better...

1/4" and 3/8" module sets also back on sale, but this time for a little more:

3/8": http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00934271000P?prdNo=2
$49.49 with coupon code

1/4" for $40.49: http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00934270000P?prdNo=4
$5 less with a $10 filler item, of course.

FYI: Store quantities shown on the website are incorrect. My nearest Sears showed out of stock on 3 sale items, but had 2 of one, and one each of the other 2. I was told by a manager that if a store has 2 or less, the website shows out of stock. I mention this because if you want a set your store might have them even though the website shows otherwise.

Looks like a lot of the "ship only" sets are getting free shipping at Sears. For instance, the 299 piece socket set is $341.99. Since shipping is normally about $20 (for me), it makes the deal look more like a $320 advertised price. Not the best it's every been, but a decent deal none the less:

Blast... I want this but I just dropped 3 bills on the 95pc impact socket set. Anyone knows if this is as low as it goes for this set?

Regular priced merchandise only.

I like to a box or 2of hardware that I can't get in bulk from tractor supply.

Regarding the 299 piece socket set: It was less than $300 about a month ago. It only stayed there a few days. Add shipping and it was just over $300. That's why I said with free shipping low-$300 is a decent, but not the best deal.

Sears is doing $30 off of $300, promo code: SAVE30

I got an email about a "50% off tool sale" but after looking around it seems the prices are the same as before.

Argh... of course. Right after I ordered something.

I googled, and couldn't find it. Used the $5 off.
