Thats no 60 gallon compressor.... More like 25-30 gallon. I wish it where 60 gallon, I would be all over that today.

Yeah, looked more like 30 gallon to me too - but still a great price. Thing looked brand new. I'm sure it wasn't oil-lube though.

I just got one this morning but it won't even turn on . I let the battery charge until the third light was solid. Put the battery in and hit the button On top and nothing happens. It was the last one at the store too.

Well I guess it was operator error. Fiddled with it a bit and it's working fine. :3gears:

Those folks who bout the Ryobi Tek4 Laser Level. Check the plumb on it. Mine was way off and I exchanged it for the last one in the store. The pic shows the Ryobi deviation against my Dewalt. Everything confirmed with a 6' level as well.

Make sure you don't have it in lock mode, (pressed all the way down in the case). It protects the pendulum from swinging and will look exactly like your picture. You should see a solid white light at the top indicating its free swinging.

I panicked when I pulled out my level too then realized what was wrong.

These are in-store only. To see if any of your local O'Reilly stores have these in stock, first login and choose the closest store near you as your "home store", then go back to the product page and click on "Also Available At". I bought the two items below, and I think they are good quality. I placed my orders online for in-store pickup and the items were ready for me within 30 minutes. The workers were nice and did not try to hide any clearance items.

just picked up my laser level. looked all over for it in HD and didnt realize the package color was the Tek4 version black/green.. I am used to seeing the Ryobi blue packaging.

Store had 3 in stock. Now they have 2.....

ALSO
I stopped by Sears and found the 25" prybar on sale. I can't remember if it was 9.95 or 11.95. But it was half price.. It was the red handled USA model. not the new black/red handle model.
wish I wouldve snapped a photo

Thanks to this forum...I bought another item I don't need. I called around and it was useless. I found the HD SKU Item # 553-362 and then found it myself.

I never used a laser level before...would be nice to see a video of the Ryobi in use... I saw the ones on the dewalt. Even though it's auto level, it would have been nice to have a bubble to see that it's really level. But for $30, I'll keep it. It's not worth $60+, I get a different model. Thanks for the deals folks.

Thanks for the note. I was trying to figure out how to unlock it and figured out all you have to do is move it up in the housing. Very nice level and design. Excellent for $29. Thanks again.

Even in Lock down mode my pendulum still seems like it is loose and moves. Is this normal?

I had to drive about 40 minutes to get the 2 laser levels at Home Depot, but hopefully it's worth it. 1 for me and 1 for my brother!!

I was in lowes today and they had the 12v bosch screw gun/oscillating tool combo pack for $129. Seemed like a great deal to me. Also they had the 12v impact kit for $99

The only reason I didn't pick up one of those Ryobi levels is it uses a proprietary battery. I didn't want yet another charger and batteries to keep around.

Yep that's exactly what they are selling for 129

Its amazing that I have 2 of the PS20 pocket driver, its almost like Bosch gives them away like nothing.

I actually bought one of them, and got the 2nd one for free after buying the PS40 pocket impact.

I really want the Bosch cordless oscillating tool, so now Ill end up with THREE pocket drivers. Bosch must be building these things for pennies.

I'm in a similar situation and don't need anymore of the Bosch drivers so I'm considering going this route.

Thanks for the Ryobi deal. Awesome little device at an awesome price of $29.03. I hung the LCD flat screen on the wall a while back using the good old manual level.

Now that got the Ryobi, I checked my level using this laser and the TV is dead on straight. This little device will be very handy. Horizontal and verticle.

One left in store and still have the security device wrapped around the box (dont know how anyone could steal a box that big).

Ive became a big fan of Bosch, I want the small drill combos.

I just bought the dewalt 12v lithium ion combo with impact and screwdriver, but paid more than I wanted to since my HD wouldn't match Amazon's price on it so I got mad and bought it anyway. I will probably return it shortly and get a Bosch combo, im keeping my eye out for good deals.

For those that like Wiha screwdrivers... 50% off direct from Wiha

especially the heavy duty ones with the caps... make a nice scoop at this price

http://www.wihatools.com/special_09.htm

[/url]

I ordered their microfinish tools like what's in that link. Sent them back the next day. The screwdrivers were very heavy duty, too much for me. But the main reason was the microfinish comes off on your hands. So you end up with little black specs all over. I'd imagine they would stop doing that after lots of use though.

Good price on the 40 piece professional screwdriver set right now. $156, and qualifies for the free $100 order tool. (Cable cutters i think.)

Not sure if you have any Ryobi batteries, but their version of the cordless oscillating tool is VERY cool.

It is setup for 18V so the base is a little less compact than the others, but the thing lasts FOREVER on a full charge. It also uses the Ridgid interchangeable heads, so its like having the Ridgid setup on steroids.

Without a battery, its only 69.00 brand new.

Since you'll have 2 batteries from the kit, you can look on Ebay for the PS40 tool-only, they are going for around 50-70.00. Save a little more $$ for beer and other tools!
