Hey, Grainger helps me out a LOT!
When budgeting a job, I'll often use prices from Grainger, then buy elsewhere--pretty much anywhere else--and come in 30-50% under my budget. Makes me look great!

Hot water, you'll need to search out for used and find a really good deal.
Something to think about using hot water off a water heater, a tank unit will run out pretty quick, maybe enough to wash a car.
Tankless won't have that issue, though it's working it hard.
Like let's say you use water for ~2 hours washing an excavator. At 4gpm, that's near 500 gallons of water passed through the water heater.
Could have showers for a month on that (10min, 2gpm... 20 gallons, so 25 showers.
I washed my truck yesterday with the hose on the tankless water heater. Don't normally do that, but I had done a trip and the truck and stuff on the bed was right full of salt and road sand.
Has been crazy hot here, upper 30s.
Anyhow, it left crazy amounts of water spots all over, especially on the windshield. And haven't come off with the wipers.
