How can I remove these Bolts??

I purchased a 2013 Frontier used and a bed rack came with it. I thought it would be easy to remove but I have had no luck. The silver slider rails below the bed rails must be glued to the bed or something because I need to remove those to get to the big bolts that attach the bed rack to the truck.

How can i get these bolts off so I can just remove the rack directly?? Thoughts?

Take the bolts out of the center of the track to remove it. The LED's are taped to the track most likely.

You could drill and grind the bolt heads off too...

The bolts are not stuck.. Its just that i have no access under to get the nuts off. The silver rail wont budge to take off. Can I rent an angle grinder at home depot and grind those bolt heads off? hacksaw? drill bit?

You can rent an angle grinder from harbor freight and throw it away when you're done.

Try an impact?

Try tightening them with an impact till they snap off

The bolts in the rail are either self tapping or are into rivnuts. Might be some tape behind it too. Probably another bolt behind the end stop. Looks like you have LED’s run on the top of the tracks...there a bolts in that area too.

be careful with a grinder not to get the bolt heads to hot and burn the paint under the bracket
