How do I ID this compressor?

I know it's a Ram Air.

I inherited it and thats all I know about it. Where do I find info on it?

What I want to know is:

1 or 2 stage
max psi
size, 60 or 80
model #
where to find parts for it, when that time comes

Find and post an image of the tanks regulation tag. It's usually tack welded on before final paint.
Get a reverse image of the pump. the electric motor ( ~3.x HP) gives the least clues about the original OEM.

If it has an air filter on both cylinders it is a single stage.

I'd need a good shot of the pump, but initial wild-assed guess is it's a Campbell Hausfeld product according to the flywheel shape.

What I want to know is:

Note: I am not familiar with the compressor you have.

But recognizing single or dual stage is easy. Single stage have equal size cylinders - both cylinders pump the air directly to the tank. Dual stage have the primary cylinder much bigger and that one pumps to the intake of the smaller one. Usually through some kind of cooler. Smaller one then pumps to the tank.

Judging from your pics you have single stage. 3kw motor approx 4hp. That equals roughly 400l/min or 14cfm. Probably conservative number.

from their website. Campbell Hausfeld purchased the Melben Products Company in 1961 and begins to manufacture sheet metal products, including air receivers and paint tanks.

info I found shows its a Ram Air make, sold/marketed by SnapOn. It does have a Ram Air decal on it.

This is definitely a Campbell Hausfeld product.

Try looking through the various CH drawings at Master Tool Repair. You might track down the model that way.
