I have a one or two man shop, 6hp 240v compressor, Miller 200 Syncrowave, tons of lights, forced air furnace, and I am running it off a 100 amp breaker to a sub-panel in the shop. The welder is hooked up to another 50 amp sub-panel that has my spa tub connected to it. I just turn off the spa when i run the welder. The 100 amp sub is getting its power from a 100 amp breaker in a 125 amp panel on the house.
Each leg of that 100 amp feed is capable of 100 amps at 120volts or 100 amps at 240 volts.
I say your fine if your heating and cooling loads are low. What is your weather like? You don't have a location on your avatar.
