Main thing is to insulate the edge of the slab and it looks like you have that covered. I put down two layers cause I had the material. It was free, I just had to go pick it up. Plus I had a few full doors to use up. I figured the second layer covered the gaps in the first. I made sure to stagger the joints. also door cut-outs are not a full 2". They are somewhere around 1 5/8 or 1 3/4.
