I recently found a couple of Proto adjustable wrenches in my spare tool bin...I can only guess that I put them in there based purely on looks...I don't know.
Anyways...they both have some flaking of the chrome on the jaws, as well as some light engraving (initials), and some knicks/mushrooming on the jaw faces. I feel like the handles are more satin than chrome, and I believe the models are 712, and 708.
So what say you GJ? How would you restore them? Strip all of the chrome...leave 'em "loved on" looking? Re-coat with something?
