Rodnocker is right. You'll need an Allen wrench to remove them. Peel the outside corner up on the Snap On decals with a small screwdriver to expose the bolts.
Thanks for the lightning fast response, rodknocker! I removed a drawer looking for bolts on the inside of the cabinet; no wonder I could find none.
I plan to R & R the handle and casters to reverse everything so tool cabinet will fit against wall...I need all the room I can get to fit the huge box in limited space.
Thanks anyway, but I prefer to keep the handle for the next owner some day when I sell the tool box. The only reason I removed the handle was to be able to park a refrigerator right next to the handle side of the tool box.
