How would you set up a drawer layout for a tool box?

I am making my own tool box and am currently working on the drawer layout. I love stainless steel and I am doing this to help me design, weld, and assemble as a personal project.

I am looking for what you think is the best layout. I know that the harbor freight does not have deep enough drawers on some of its models.
I currently am looking at.

-2x 5 in drawers on top.
-5x 2in drawers in middle
-1x 6in drawer on right
-1x 14in drawer on right

I am undecided on what I want to put on the left side. I am pretty sure I will put another 6in drawer on bottom. What should I put in between it. Any suggestions for overall?

The box is 60in wide, 30in deep and about 40 in tall.

The ultimate question is what would be your ultimate toolbox that isnt gigantic (like some of those awesome 72in snap on that have the topper/worktop)

I haven't designed the inner support until I finalize how I want the drawers.

I'd look at the type and volume of tools you intend to store then build your box around that. Example pliers on edge or lying down flat. Could be the difference between 2+x2" drawers or 1x4" drawer. I'd try to throw a couple 4" drawers in there, because that many 2" drawer can be a bit limiting. Again depends on what you plan to store. If you are storing cutting tools and measuring tools out of their cases, thing drawers are fantastic. Not so much for multimeters or power tools.

One thing to keep in mind, how are you going to support large drawers, dividers, under ribbing, sheer thickness?

Just my 2¢

Ah you again, what is your history in this since you seem very knowledgeable. I will do the standard stiffeners, 2 drawer sliders, maybe a thicker gauge once I find the weight I want to support with my power tools. I also have a lot of tools in boxes like chain riveter, drill bits, ect.

I store loose tools in my box and kits on shelves. 2" are great for most tools but somethings like pullers need taller drawers.

The file cabinet is handy, but so many things are electronic today, I question the need for the file drawer.
