I think you might have solved a mystery for me. This has turned out to be an interesting night.New one for me unmarked ratchet
It's been pretty informative for me as well ha. I may have to do a deep drive but I think it's safe to say it was made for husky but it's a little odd that the only other one I have found a picture of is yours. I should start posting more of the mystery tools I pick up someone always knows somethingI think you might have solved a mystery for me. This has turned out to be an interesting night.

Robert Goddard conducted the first successful rocket launch in 1926.There weren't rockets back then......
Wow 40 feet high and probably blew everyone's mind! Simpler times I guess.Robert Goddard conducted the first successful rocket launch in 1926.

Awesome set! One of the first versions.I never researched Husky, but picked this up at a local garage sale a few weeks ago for a dollar along with some other old tools, maybe someone here can tell me about it. It is the small 5/16" size, the box etc. are the size of most manufacturers 1/4" sets. I thought it was nice because it was complete and I don't see small sets as much as I see large sets of socket tools. It is like a pack of cigarettes. I like how they bothered to mark the sockets square or hex, as if someone was going to use the tools who might need help figuring that out.

Would love to purchase if it's something you'd part with. I believe this is the version but hard to say for sure with there being different unknown versions out there and no decal left on itI never researched Husky, but picked this up at a local garage sale a few weeks ago for a dollar along with some other old tools, maybe someone here can tell me about it. Awesome sets! I'm still missing the earlier ones. Pretty hard to find. Funny how they did a collab because husky "wrench" co didn't make wrenches yet ha
^ because they were "socket wrenches" before they were just called "sockets".because husky "wrench" co didn't make wrenches yet

Husky seems to be pretty good as far as providing accurate illustrations of their sets. Which makes me wonder if there a set out there that actually looks like the "baby set" from the cats. My only problem is that some of these sets are hard to find illustrations of. Here's a cool one I found. There's also a table showing every socket type and size they made but i forgot to save it and now cant findThe husky only marked midget sets came in 2 known versions, the 999 set and a smaller set in a cardboard box.

You guys are killing it this morning. Super nice setNice! Here is an hd set. Looks pretty similar.
Does the 7/8 ratchet not come with a short ratchet plug?Nice! Here is an hd set. Looks pretty similar.
I’m missing the plug for my 7/8”
Is that the one from ebay a while back? It's the same set as mine actually. Mines missing the speeders which I had but foolishly traded away before getting this.Nice! Here is an hd set. Looks pretty similar.

Oh yea definitely more sets than that like the drain plug set and multiple different williams colab sets and whatever these big 4pts came from. There's still cats that are out there somewhere. They had a full range of sets. Pretty scarce but worth collecting if you have the patience. I am missing some of the smaller sockets in this one, I'm sure it may take a while to fill it out.
I could probably get you pretty close to complete on the sockets. They had a full range of sets. Pretty scarce but worth collecting if you have the patience. I am missing some of the smaller sockets in this one, I'm sure it may take a while to fill it out.
Fairly easy to make out of 7/8 hex stock.I’m missing the plug for my 7/8”
