As for the SATA I know a number of guys in the business and there advice when I asked earlier was STAY AWAY! Parts are hard to come by and there are a number of quality issues with some of the new ones.
So I am looking for a tip size of 1.3 for doing BC/CC, Thanks.
Since no one can seem to help with the tip and cap queston, I will just wait and ask them.
Thanks all for the help and advice.

I think that you were fed BS on a huge scale. Sata quality is amazing. You need to pick one up and see/feel for yourself. Parts are not hard to order.
You should maybe pick a few pro paint shops and go ask the painters what they are using and why. Sata will be everywhere ( I have 4 Sata's myself ) There are 9 in our paint department right now. I have only seen 2 Sharps being used professionally in my career and they were sitting on a wall ( replaced ) with better units. The ones that I have used were not very good ( have not tried this one you have with a 1.4 ) .
I run 1.3's tips in my NR series Satas for both base and clear. 1.6 in my Sata KLC RP primer gun. I have seen the 1.2 tips used with excellent results in the new Sata RP 3000's
One thing to keep in mind for the first while is that , while some guns lay it out a bit easier than others, as a beginner, the gun will be better than you.
I would dump the 1.4 Sharpe ( cost for a better tip/cap makes this deal sour ) . Grab a deal on something like the DeVilbiss Gti Millennium ( Comes with 3 tips ) or a Sata NR2000 1.3. Both of these can be had for a great deal if you are patient and both are capable of laying out base and clear better than you will for a long long time.
