For a new floor, how long does it have to set before using this product? I will have about 900sqft of concrete.

Contractor spilled some paint on my garage floor while they were doing some interior touch ups to my new house It's latex paint and I'm wondering what I can remove it with that's not going to change the look of the concrete as I am looking to use tlppc to coat it after.

Use some paint stripper or acetone to try and remove it. It's your best bet for not changing the look of the concrete.

Great job on the floors! They look awesome! One of the best and cheapest is a grind and seal with a urethane or solvent based sealer. I see the grind and seal in lots of restaurants and loft apartments. Even read that Facebook had a grind and seal with urethane for their new offices in NYC.

So far so good with a floor jack. I did clean all my casters and jacks before I started rolling stuff around.

Your floor looks perfect. My floor was just poured last Friday, and they did an awesome job on it, very smooth and flat. There is some variation/whiteness from that bit of creme at the surface the I am thinking would look better if it was blended in or removed. I know that it would go away in time with weathering/washing - do you think that it has changed any from the time it was poured just with people working on it and routine cleaning?

considering a light acid wash before sealing when the time comes ? Luckily I have some additional concrete that I an use to test things out on.

Your finished look is just right IMO.

Thanks. Hard to say if it changed or not as I didn't pay much attention to it. Plus, only time I cleaned was a couple days before I sprayed it.

Cozeep- I can't make up my mind between TLPPC and Rust Bullet. Will be looking forward to your review!

Just ordered 13 gallons.. I was on the fence and this thread knocked me off. LOL

You won't be disappointed. I couldn't find much about TLPPC before I did mine, so I'm glad to hear this thread is helping others decide. Although I hope Justin has plenty after all these sales

Justin may not be carrying TLPPC anymore.

 Whatever gave you that idea <SARCASTIC SIGH>

We had a lot of success with this product until their was an issue with a batch. Looking at the numbers I can't believe how much of it we sold and how awesome the results are.

Truthfully, we've had stutter steps with other products, for example, a certain coating product. The difference is how those issues were handled. So absent some pretty strong and stringent assurances, TLPPC will not be coming back on the market UNLESS I can have someone else produce it for me.

Just when I have this AHA! moment after reading the 2 first pages of this thread thinking to myself like many others, this is exactly what I was looking for! Justin do you have another product that produces similar results? Any other recommendations? I have a freshly poured 21x21 floor which I am water curing right now. Maybe in 30 days you will have found a new supplier? ;)
Thanks!
