Nice job on the garage so far. Consider yourself lucky that the weather has been cooperating this winter. It could be like last winter and have snow ******* deepYou'll have that garage done before you know it, now that you have the worst behind you. It seems that once the roof goes on the rest goes fairly smooth.
As far as the mowers, don't sell them too cheap. The older reel type with the engines on them bring pretty good money. Sharpened correctly, they will do a better job on a yard than any modern style mower. They actually cut instead of beating the grass off. If I had a smaller yard, I'd be all over one of those
BTW......a late Welcome to the GJ. I'm not too far from you in Urbana. Quite a few people from Ohio on here and quite a few from Columbus.
Thanks and I feel right at home here on GJ not that I have a garage.
I don’t plan on selling them for nothing I made extensions so I can cut at a higher height I just don’t have room for them.
I have a 8x12 shed with a 5x6 compressor room off of it but it gets cold in the winter and it is too loud for the neighbors.
So I could move them in there and move the compressor to the garage. The problem with that I have to make room for my 61 Lincoln project my 2006 Yamaha fz6 delta unisaw, shaper, router table miter center planer jointer powedercoat oven, dust collection Vertical mill, meta lathe, wood lathe and the kitchen sink. So something has to go.
