I left my drag car in my parents garage in Minnesota, along with some other belongings as I was just starting out, many years ago. Thieves came in though a side window in the garage. They removed the fiberglass frontend and flipping it upsidedown onto the roof of the car. My parents were leaving to go to work the next morning and noticed the missing rear wheels and slicks, along with the complete tunnel ram. Little bastards even took the time to unbolt the tube framed bucket seats. It wasn't until I came home 6 months later that we realised that my 20 horse merc outboard fishing motor no longer had a fuel tank. I'm sure it was kids from the neighborhood, but how do you prove it.
I now live in a town of 800, that has 450 CCW permits issued. Haven't lost a pencil since I've lived here. Steal something here, good luck making out of town. Western justice is alive and well.

I gave him a crazed look and hit the door locks, pedal to the floor and hit 85 - 90 mph before I knew it. I told the guy you never know what type of crazy person will pick you up. I went thru several grassy medians, and back to my lane, before the guy jumped from my speeding car screaming.
. Either way , not nice to have to deal with this stuff. Hope you're OK
