Stopped at HF today to get some flashlights/ gloves/ glasses and a few other items .... also wanted one of the 4v handheld screwdrivers for $5 w/ coupon.
I see they now make a higher end tool storage line ... Icon. It was rather expensive for HF ... I'm sure they go on sale like everything else -- but, I can't see that many buying for even 30% off what the retail was.
The operation, fit and finish was very nice. I have a large KLR from snap-on and large double set from the series bellow the KLR. This stuff was equal to at least the lower stuff .. if not a bit heavier.
I bought both from a dealer back in 2008 who went under -- at a price too good to pass up. At least the Snap-on has some value used and it's for sale all over the place. The rolling carts that people here use for workbench setups are a killer deal on sale -- this Icon stuff is much more money
I have three of the upright rolling carts -- fantastic for the price. They go for around $200 when on sale ... got mine years ago when you could combine coupons.
