Picked it up 1/2 at the flea for $2 today. Just says alloy and number r-10 usa. Any ideas?

They were owned by Plomb/Proto and made that same type ratchet under several names including Fleet. Like said above that is a Penens ratchet. They were owned by Plomb/Proto and made that same type ratchet under several names including Fleet.
