They look like SO to me.
SO was my first guess too. A number of years ago they went to the damn zaser printing so many went to. I don't care what anybody says, that **** will wear off.

BTW they have a different profile head than the channellocks. That was obvious from the get go.
Some of the 388's were ever so lightly stamped near the pivot which i can barely get a glimpse of on them. The newer ones were laser etched. Also, the early models had a different type of coated handle than the more modern version.
It is a very unique plier and easy to identify upon investigating.
