I know that someone may have an Idea...
...I am looking to find out what Year and Make of Floor Jack this is.
I have had this for at least 28 years now (without any issues), but Thanks to this Forum and some of the posts here, I have started to take it apart and sand it for a fresh rebuild and new paint.
I have asked on another post, but it was originally a bright red color, its very heavy, not sure if it is 1 1/2 ton or 2 ton, but it lifts my sons Avalanche with ease. It does not leak, but it does have one bad caster and one "loose" caster, so I would like to replace them.
I am going to paint it...you guessed it...Chevy Orange. This way it matches my Chicago Morgan Vise.
I did find this half buried in the mud at a junkyard years and years ago, so it may be older than 30-35 years old.
It may be a Sears Jack, who knows...and it had a large sticker on the lift plate under the Blue paint that was red and white.
Any Clues??????? Thanks!
