lurking here for over a year gathering electrical, air, and epoxy knowledge, heres my attempt at putting it to work.
started this project a year ago now, and as of now all I have left is to get grass to grow and the rest of the asphalt work done next week started as a beautiful 30x40x10 heated,ac and lined shop well, that wouldn't work for my needs, so an edition was made, well total remodel. set the 40x60 to resuse 80% of existing concrete .
luckily I have way to much equipment in my farm, towing and repair world, so I made plenty of use of it building my own site, and removing old building
all of old building was completely salvaged with inside and outside of old building completely lining new building. insulation was also salvaged.
most people would have killed for building I removed, but atleast I feel it did not go to waste completed whole building with the major help of my dad for winter labor, trying to do it all affordably.
starting inside with used tin
bunks of "2nds" hard foam insulation with 5.5 r value per inch walls packed 5" and celing 12-16"
loft
dang ford got in way before I finished shop
finished and been in use
remodeled storage barn with door from old building gonna use old wainscoat around bottom of this building next year
lots of cool features in innovated into this building with the filtration systems, exhaust systems, direct tv and wireless internet
