Welcome! If you like old tools, you certainly came to the right place to get acquainted with them. More information is needed. What do you like to do with your tools? Show us some of your favorites.

Thanks..
I like useable tools.. Most of all I like having them , especially unusual ones.
I make a lot of jewelry.. Do a little wood work, beginning to cut rock a little. love well made, old USA tools..
I will post some pictures later...

So true! Tarheelgarage was a dead ringer for Brad Pitt before coming here. NOW look at him in his avatar photo!!:D

P.S. WELCOME! We like women who like garages. Oh , and we LOVE pictures...of damn near anything but especially your garage, your tools, your vehicles and (if you're a woman) yourself!!

Cool! Sounds great..
However.. I don't have a cool garage.. (wish I did..) I do have some tools to post... Doubt you'd wanna see my cars.. Old Ford pick up & a couple normal cars...

My dad has an all original 55 Ford, 2 tone green.. A 40 Ford pick up thats he's completely restored. I dig them both..

My daughter is getting , her fathers, all original 76 Orange Bronco soon..
It *****, in a way, because he don't wanna give it up, but when we divorced, he got our home, I got the stuff & the judge ordered that he hand over the Bronco at 18.. She'll be 19 next month & it's college time.. She'll need to sell it for school fees & such..

We hate taking it but feel we have no choice.. It won't be pretty.. Hopefully he'll buy it back from her..

Sorry if that was too much info.. :)

Yes.. I'm female.. So I'll , most likely post some pictures & you guys will remind me that it's a tool site.. lol!!!

How much is the bronco worth? Having a family member, especially your child, would be pretty hard on a guy. Please exhaust all other options first...

Thanks... But.. What do you mean?
I'm not the sharpest sometimes.. :)

Just saying that if you have spare time, and you come visit - there went that time. Since I'm still in the construction phase, I have to leave the laptop in the house or I'll get on here and not get anything done.

I tend to hunt for vintage tool too, but there not many around these parts it seems. Lots of small towns with antique and junk stores around but with two grandkids, there's not a lot of time to go out bumming around the countryside LOL.

I got to be up & outta here by 8... The site & links are taking over..
However, I did get some tool sorting done but that led me to look at more tools... Ha!!! There's no stopping me now.. :)

Not real sure but a lot, to us, anyway... All original & perfect..
I know, what you mean.. It's sad.. You must understand.
When he left us, he took it all.. Pretty much forgot that we existed..
He left us homeless.. He took it all..
I've raised the daughter alone since she was 8.
He's lived big.. We've survived..
I got/had her so I'm not complaining...
I'm soft hearted, I feel bad for him but her education is way more important to me..
He's kinda wealthy.. Possessions have been his goal.
The kid has been mine...
If he would help with college tuition, there would be no need for her to sell it but he chooses not to help, at all.. It's sad.:(

Yeah... Ha!! You're right.. It's a 76 Bronco.. He loves it..
It's his toy, that he very rarely takes out...

He orders himself a new Ford truck every couple years.. Not to mention, all his awesome toys & trips..
I really shouldn't feel bad.. He sure doesn't.. Never has...
After all, I'm not getting it. The daughter is...
Well she's supposed to, but I know, he'll fight her tooth & nail.. It will definitely be a battle...

My (our) daughter starts college in the fall..
College is so expensive.

Thanks for the support.. xo
