Images posting as links

When I post an image (go advanced upload photo) it shows up as a link instead of embedded. ) How can I fix this?

what type of image are your trying to upload? is it a .jpg or something else like a .png?

The two images that are links is because the original image size isnt large enough to produce a thumbnail sized image from, they are almost the same size as a thumbnail.
