swiss made eh. Whats bare tool price?![]()
It would be nice if the comparo had the industry leaders of cordless impacts in the test (Snap-on and Matco) those guns in that article are consumer home depot/Lowe's junk

Again, the average consumer does not have the privelege of regular access to the elusive SO or Matco truck.
And I would not call Bosch and Makita junk?![]()
I may not be junk to the home user but for a pro wrench it's not exactly the best. Snap-On and Matco both have a website that sells tools, it's not elusive or exclusive.
My point is they only choose to show the cordless tools which are at brick and mortar stores like Home Depot and Lowe's or something and left out the industry leaders in cordless impacts with I find ironic.
Another reason I don't have a subscription to that rag.
I just bought the Craftsman driver the other day.. (Not the bigger impact). I was driving
2.5" and 3" lag bolts, into 2x6's and 6x6 posts. It was driving in the smaller bolts like
butter. I was very impressed. After about 4-5 of the bigger 3" ones, it was getting a bit
hot, but that was expected for the amount of work it was doing.
I paid I think $140, for it, 2 batteries, charger, and a carrying bag. Not a bad deal at all..
