Well they installed the wrong garage doors, they don’t look bad, but not the style we ordered. Have to wait a few more weeks now.

Assuming saltwater, are you going Reeftank and corals or fish only?

Yea, i stoped by after work when they were finishing, and the contractor didnt want to get in their way during the day. Well least the house has doors now till the right ones get here. Dont have to worry about them getting damaged now either.

Garage is looking real nice!

Going to do a cichlid tank for right now. Dont have the time to upkeep a reef.

Is there any way you could get me the size and possibly make/model of the two large windows on the back wall? I'm looking for some big windows for my shop.

I've decided to avoid the Christmas rush, and start loving this garage and house build right away. Awesome with a capital "A"

Well house got final approved yesterday so I can start to get this garage put together!

Armorpoxy got delivered yesterday also, so going to start the floor asap.

Didn’t post it, but part of the driveway we had to go over a drainage, so we deceived to make it more of a bridge. Had it stamped with wood planks. Will be eventually stained. Have to get a picture of the full driveway, made it zero entry with no curb.

Awesome garage. It turned out very nice indeed! I love the fishtank as well. Being a corner unit, it looks very modern.

Did the top coat today. Can’t wait to start moving thing in. Going to give it a week till I park in it.

I put some of the anti slip powder in the top coat, floor is still pretty slippery. Can’t imagine it without it added.

Your garage and home look amazing. I think many of us are excited to see the tools and toys that are gonna go in that garage!

Here are a few pictures of the house to share, have a couple more to share of the custom things we did.

Front entry is a storefront door. 5’ door non pivot. Glass goes to the ceiling at 15’. Wired in a commercial lock with keypad entry. Zero entry so there are no steps.



Back patio slider, 24’ total length. Patio part of the roofline, with built in infrared heaters.



Master tub, inset with rocks. Custom hardwood soffit with laminar flow filler from the ceiling. (Chandelier still to be installed)



I built this vanity with a live slab of black walnut I bought in the rough. Sanded/cut/cleared. Built a custom bracket to hold it also.

Got the two 4 post lifts out of storage today over to the house. Going to start assembling them tomorrow. Wow these things are heavy, how does everyone manage to put these together.

Added 2’x12’ pallet racking to make use of the tall space without taking up too much space.

Still have a ton of cleanup to do.

Hauled the tool box home finally also.

Love the design, If it would be ok I would love to see the whole house plan and photos of how the house is finished from the outside? I am in Australia and currently designing my new House and plans like this are not common here in Australia I am on 6 acres or 261360 sqft so I have loads of space.
